For food, we ordered the Black Veggie Deluxe with extra marinated eggs, karaage chicken, and panko shrimp. And while we like to think of ourselves as seasoned ramen lovers at this point, we couldn’t stop eating… even after we were full. Every bite was rich in flavor, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious.
The service was excellent from start to finish. The waitresses were warm and welcoming, and even the friendly robot server added a unique and memorable touch to the experience. Prices were very reasonable for the quality, especially given how satisfying and flavorful everything was.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. FuddoYama isn’t just another ramen spot, it’s a place that blends flavor, fun, and hospitality into something special. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for great ramen and an unforgettable dining experience.
The ramen however wasn’t as good as it looked. I got the black garlic ramen. The chashu was tasty, but noodles were boiled too long, and broth lacked depth of flavor. If you are Japanese or you’ve lived in Japan, I don’t think you’d find their ramen good. The Karaage looked good, but wasn’t juicy at all. Ika geso was ok.
The young lady was friendly and attentive, but the other 2 guys weren’t. Disappointing.
The broth had great depth, and both the red and green broths were flavorful in their own way.
My favorite was the charred pork. It was incredibly tasty, tender, and had the perfect balance of fat and flavor.
