Just in town for a few weeks and this place is great with warm and friendly atmosphere. Ordered the red (“aka”) miso ramen and it was so good I had to order some kae dama to finish the broth! The tonkatsu was tender and complimented the broth perfectly. Broth was a spicy, but not too spicy. It was fairly busy but the staff was still friendly and attentive to my needs. If you want flavorful ramen this is the place!

This was our first time visiting FuddoYama Ramen Teriyaki & Izakaya, and from the moment we stepped inside we were drawn in by the walls covered in Japanese pop culture. Everywhere you looked, there was something new and interesting to catch your eye, creating a fun and lively atmosphere.

For food, we ordered the Black Veggie Deluxe with extra marinated eggs, karaage chicken, and panko shrimp. And while we like to think of ourselves as seasoned ramen lovers at this point, we couldn’t stop eating… even after we were full. Every bite was rich in flavor, perfectly balanced, and absolutely delicious.

The service was excellent from start to finish. The waitresses were warm and welcoming, and even the friendly robot server added a unique and memorable touch to the experience. Prices were very reasonable for the quality, especially given how satisfying and flavorful everything was.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. FuddoYama isn’t just another ramen spot, it’s a place that blends flavor, fun, and hospitality into something special. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for great ramen and an unforgettable dining experience.

Like others say in their reviews, a fun atomosphere.
The ramen however wasn’t as good as it looked. I got the black garlic ramen. The chashu was tasty, but noodles were boiled too long, and broth lacked depth of flavor. If you are Japanese or you’ve lived in Japan, I don’t think you’d find their ramen good. The Karaage looked good, but wasn’t juicy at all. Ika geso was ok.
The young lady was friendly and attentive, but the other 2 guys weren’t. Disappointing.

A fun, small restaurant in a strip mall. We did find the service to be less than great. To start, when you enter there is a sign to wait to be seated and a QR code to scan to get on the waiting list. There was another party waiting for a table so we waited as well. There were several empty tables but it seemed to take the staff a while to notice that 2 groups were waiting and we were finally seated. After we were seated, I saw other People come in and seat themselves. We ordered off the menu, but I had to keep asking for items that I had ordered. I ordered hot tea to drink and asked for sugar and a spoon and ice water. I never got the ice water I asked for. I got the sugar and a soup spoon after my 3rd request. The staff was friendly, just less than attentive. We ordered a few dishes to share but never got any additional plates or dishes to serve them. I think this is a good restaurant, the staff just needs to improve

Fabulous Foodie Experience!!! Fuddo Yama was recommended to us by a sweet cashier in Hillsboro (other side of town). We decided to make the drive and take chance, we had time. The restaurants food and atmosphere are fantastic. The minute you walk in you’re transported into a world of Japanese media and anime. We each had the Garlic Ramen. The broth was delicious. The egg was cooked to perfection with just the right salty flavor. The noodles are good however we don’t believe they are made fresh. We definitely will be back.

Awesome Japanese restaurant in Beavorton with plenty of parking in this area. The menu has a ton of choices and the food is really good. They also have company logo sticker if you like to collect those. Highly recommend.

Ordered spicy miso with extra egg and pork belly. Whatever seasoning they added to the egg was delicious , and the appetizer has the best spicy mayo mixed with fries and fried chicken. One of the best ramen meals I’ve had in the Portland/Beavorton area

The ramen noodles were cooked just right, not too firm and not too soft.
The broth had great depth, and both the red and green broths were flavorful in their own way.

My favorite was the charred pork. It was incredibly tasty, tender, and had the perfect balance of fat and flavor.

i loved the broth (both tonkotsu and veggie) and the black garlic oil. the chashu was ~85% fat and smelled very, very porky & almost gamey, which wasn’t pleasant at all. also, i wouldn’t really call it chashu — rather just a short strip of flavorless pork belly. nonetheless, the noodles were very bouncy, the garlic flavor was quite potent, and the tofu topping was great.
