Vito’s Sicilian Pizzeria & Ristorante was a great spot to eat before heading to the Fabulous Fox Theatre. It’s within easy walking distance, which made it super convenient. The portions were generous, and the food was delicious. I really enjoyed my lasagna, and my husband loved his spaghetti and meatballs. Our food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. We had a great experience and would definitely eat here again.

We enjoyed dinner at Vito’s on a Saturday night. The place was hopping, so glad we had a reservation. Christian was our server, and could not be more attentive….outstanding service. Started out with the Arancini and a Caprese Salad. Then we shared an IL Vacaro pizza, Tortellini, and Pesto Penne Pasta. Each dish was enjoyed by all.

I’m from Chicago, born and raised so I’ve tried every kind of pizza there is. I’m also Italian so I know a good gravy. My boyfriend and I were in town and decided to give this place a try. Can I just move in and live here? Holy cow, hand down the best pizza ever! And the gravy! Omg thank goodness they sell it to go because I did. We had the Hey Paisano on Saturday, came back on Sunday and had the Il Vacaro, both I highly recommend. Service was excellent and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Everyone is super friendly and I can’t wait to come back again when we’re in town.

Amazing Italian food!
Delicious complimentary bread and oil/balsamic vinegar.
Their Sicilian pizza is fantastic! And I enjoyed my generous amount on the eggplant parmesan appetizer (my meal today).
The prices are reasonable and they have a nice mixed drink selection, a good amount of beers including local ones, a wine list to choose from, and their iced tea is brewed fresh and very tasty.
Nothing more to say other than Vito’s is great and you’re missing out if you don’t eat here!

I dined here for lunch on 8-16-24. I ordered the lunch buffet which consisted of pasta, pizza and salad bar. The pasta was very good, it was cooked perfectly and had some good seasoning on it. I also had the pizza off the buffet, it was Italian sausage and pepperoni. It tasted very good, the outside crust was crunchy. I wish they had some other pizzas with different toppings but it was very good with the toppings the pizzas had today. I didn’t have any salad but it looked like the lettuce and other things on the salad bar was fresh. I had unsweet tea for my drink, it tasted good, I had 2 glasses of tea with my meal.

The price for the buffet and drink was less than $20 which isn’t bad for the meal. This was my first time eating here but I will be definitely coming back again very soon.

This is our go to place for dinner before seeing a show at the Fox. Make a reservation ahead of time and things will go smoothly. Food and portions are great and price is very reasonable. Christian is the best bartender! He’s always made us feel so welcomed and if we could sit at the bar each time, we would.

The pizza is amazing… So far, in my opinion, the best in St. Louis. And it’s amazing because of the cheese that they use.

The restaurant smells exactly like that delicious cheese…times 10.

And if you dine inside, when you leave, so will you.

The food was excellent. Try the seafood ravioli and cheese garlic bread. The aperol spritz was authentic and delicious. The service was a little slow, but still good.

Eating at Vito’s was an experience. This was my first time at this restaurant and it won’t be my last! A group of us decided to eat there after a show on Saturday night. At one point we thought we wasn’t going to be seated because we had no reservation but a staff member worked it out for us (Thank You!). The atmosphere was a vibe and the food / drinks were sooooooooo goooood!! that I had to take a pizza to go!! BZ to the cooks!! I have to give it up to the young gentleman who took our orders. He was very consistent in keeping us informed about our drinks & meals which was very much appreciated.. Thank you for the ultimate first time experience @ Vito’s!!

If you’re heading to the Fox Theatre and need a solid dinner spot beforehand, Vito’s Sicilian Pizzeria & Ristorante is a must. This cozy, family-owned spot in St. Louis serves up comforting Italian dishes that hit the spot.

I tried the seafood ravioli, July moly so rich, creamy, and just the right size. The sauce had that perfect silky texture that made you want to wipe the plate clean with bread. We also had the Caprese salad, which came with thick slices of fresh mozzarella and juicy tomatoes.

Be sure to snag a reservation. This place gets busy, and for good reason. I will definitely be back for a thick Sicilian pizza.
