I will forever recommend this G’s location to anyone who is looking for quality pizza. I wanted to give my thanks to Alysia who made my friend and I feel like family after getting mistreated elsewhere. She was outstanding with going above and beyond to make sure we had exceptional service. We tried the breadsticks and a medium pizza to share and they were both FRESH and hot. She never left us for too long, which was nice to know we meant something to her and she showed that she cared about us. I will definitely be back soon and will be requesting my girl Alysia<3. Completely turned our night back around and went home full and happy! This location needs more love - the wait is never long at all:)

Today I catered my staff with a lunch from G’s. The food was amazing! It was hot and fresh and my staff complimented their lunch the rest of the day. Our food was delivered on time and when we noticed a slight mishap with the order, our guy ran right back to the restaurant and made it right and delivered it back to us in record time. The price was very affordable for feeding 20 staff and we had A LOT left over. Thank you G’s for an excellent lunch for our staff meeting. Not only will I use you again for professional luncheons but I will use you for personal catering as well.

This place im telling you the 2nd time in a month I get charged over 70 dollars for food and it never gets delivered with tip and delivery its almost a 100. This place needs to go. Im out 245.00 for food and delivery fees and I have never got the food and I also have the receipts of purchase. Never purchase from this company online be present unless you like giving your money away for free just saying. Burn your money its the same thing. This place is a joke!!! I give gs a negative zero times ten. Go to eudicis or tonys.. I will never again go to gs or order from there ever again. I work hard for my money to feed my family and for them to do this to us especially as a local resident and restaurant seriously its absurd and disgusting. Stealing money from people who help your lively hood. I dont know what else to say but I have the receipts for proof and I just say from experience go elsewhere there are many great pizza places in bay county mi gs pizza is just not the place for me anymore or my family with how much money ive spent there and received no food. We will never support them or go there again. And we are very big on supporting our community. But this place has definitely made me personally start to think. I hope no one else has been robbed by gs pizzeria!!!!

Great recommendation that I tried!! And glad I did! Very warm place and warm staff. I tend to be a bit of a pizza snob. That being said this pie was right on . Got the pepperoni pile specialty pizza was amazing and the spears (breadsticks with cheese) well I just loved it! Come give them a try!

I’m genuinely disappointed in everything about our entire experience at G’s Bay City location tonight. We’ve been longtime customers and I don’t think we’ll come back ever again. Initially we were going to place an online order, and I planned to order the Michigan Apple Salad, which at this present moment shows as available to order, and at the last minute we decided to dine in for a date night so we drove to the restaurant. Upon entering, a group of 4 teenagers came in immediately behind us. No one said a word to us as we stood by the host stand, but instead bypassed us and sat the 4 people behind us immediately, despite my husband speaking up and notifying the employee that we were there first. The employee looked at him and said “I know, I was asking them how many they had.”
When we did get a table, the Michigan Apple Salad wasn’t on the menu and I was told it’s no longer offered. Again, at this present moment I can order the salad off your website with your online order system. I settled on a different salad and let it go.
When the bill came, the total was close to $60 for two salads, two Diet Pepsi and an order of mozzarella sticks.
The food itself wasn’t bad and our waitress was fine, but the experience overall was bad enough to turn us off from ever returning, especially when you’re going to charge those types of prices. Which really sucks because we loved G’s and have been coming here for years.

I will daily continue to make reviews on gs in bay city mi. This place is far more then a disgrace to this community and service to the public in general. They care not of nothing but money for themselves. I have spent 245 in the last month on for there food, with delivery fees and service from there and as my many friends have had the same out come there never and no service no apologies no refunds just well ur are out of luck we wont refund you sorry you didn’t get your order and Tiffany she said her name was i doubt that was true. But said no sorry here but good luck with getting a lawyer we hear that all the time and no one does anything.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND TRY THIER PIZZA!! IT WAS FANTASTIC!! I was in Bay City for work. I don’t know the city well at all I found myself there at 11:00, starving. Had a noon meeting and needed to take something back with me quickly. I found G’s Pizza thankfully!! I called to order a personal size pizza. I greeted by a super nice and helpful person! Found the place in an adorable part of town. There was plenty of parking! Walked up to the most beautiful carved door ever! The place is an older looking place but the PIZZA WAS AMAZING!! Pizza is my all time favorite food. Theirs ranked super high on my list. In the future I’ll probably order a large on my way out of town and bring it home for dinner.
