Food was decent, atmosphere was loud and crowded for what I was expecting this place to be. It feels like it wants to be an upscale restaurant but really just comes off as a fancier Cheesecake Factory. Service was lacking. Our bill could have easily been 100$ to 200$ more with attentive service. Was 20 minutes before our drink order was even taken, too much time between asking if we wanted more, no upsell on anything. We wouldn’t have even got dessert if someone at our table didn’t push for it. Overall a nicer casual restaurant, good for a small get together. Too loud in my opinion for a good date spot.

We have gone a number of times to Cooper’s Hawk. While their food is delicious, I have found they really struggle to cook a steak to order. I have had their filet mignon three times in 2025. I order my steaks medium rare. In two of those instances the steak came out no less than medium (the other time it was much closer to well with no pink at all). This time I just kept it because it still was still pink and the last time I asked for a new one it took at least 30 minutes to get it and everyone else was long done eating. The potatoes and broccoli that came with it were good and their pretzel bread is always good. My wife had a wedge salad and liked it. My son also had filet mignon and had the same problem with it being more well done than ordered.

Service was phenomenal. We went for a late lunch and got the surf and turf. Mules and martinis for drinks- both were 5/5. This is the perfect date day, we ended our afternoon with wine tasting. Great place to stop by, I will say they are pricey- we usually favorite longhorn for steaks so the price was surprising but overall, great experience. We are wine club members and we enjoy the wine and conversation monthly. We will be back.

Oh my goodness, hands down the BEST place I’ve eaten at in a very long time! Our server’s name was Marcus, and he was phenomenal. I’m a huge sucker for a good salmon, so of course got that, and my husband got the filet mignon. The atmosphere was quiet, and comfortable. The service was fast, and the food was fantastic.

Very excellent. Was seated quickly even though no reservations. Drunken Shrimp were great. Pork Chop was a but overdone but the glaze was great and Scallops awesome. Excellent wine. Cool tasting room too. Left with a few bottles LOL

My wife and I have been coming here for years. Our experience has always been great. They have an awesome menu with several food and drink/wine choices. the monthly chef specials are a nice bonus, my personal favorite is the lobster ravioli ala vodka.
We take advantage of the Wine Club membership, they have a few different options to fit your interests. 1 or 2 bottle membership comes with a tasting each month and their Wine of the month is always a treat.
They also have a lot of wine accessories & novelty gifts in the tasting room and a dessert case with truffles and other tasty treats.
Great place for a night out with friends or a nice date night. Highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk for exceptional food, wine & service.

Brian is THE best waiter! My friend and I had so much fun last night celebrating my birthday and Brian made it even better. We laughed, joked, and got to know one another. He is personable, professional, funny, and extremely kind. We will be requesting him for our monthly dinners! We loved him!

Came here with 2 coworkers. We had flatbread and texmex egg rolls and they were just average to me. I had a fillet which was above average and potatoes and green beans were great. My coworkers had another type of steak and pork chop and they said it was average. The lemon butter blueberry cake was really good special for dessert. The servers were all great and food came out quick. The do a wine tasting here and appear to be good selections.

This place was awesome when it first opened up until lately. We have been here seven or eight times. We went tonight with another couple for dinner and drinks. My husband Had the sea tuna and I had them beef fillet medallions both of our dinners were $36 each. He said his dinner was OK. Every time I have been at Cooper’s Hawk, I have ordered the fillet medallions. I used to be able to cut them with the edge of my fork! Tonight I could barely cut them with a knife! I question if it was even fillet, it seemed more like Sirloin! They give you two instead of three now. I decided to order the fingerling potatoes with French onion gratin… What a joke!! It was half of a baked potato smashed with a fork in a little bowl …nothing else!! It came with a little sour cream and butter mixed.! no cheese no onion nothing about it was gratin!! We had one drink each, and we split an amazing dessert! Our bill came to $123! Our server, Jade was great. She was attentive and patient! The atmosphere was nice… not too loud! With all of that said, We will not be back!! Their food has gone way downhill!! And their prices have gone way uphill!!
