Everyone loves McDonald’s, this location for some odd reason serve most of their food warm or cold. Burger patties are not at a good temperature to make the burger satisfying or even enjoyable. Most staff members are serious, robotic type of attitude. The homeless issue around the restaurant is horrible. There was a man at the end of the drive thru, right after the second window and he was inhaling from a can of keyboard cleaner. He was yelling random words, very aggressive. I had my baby and my 13 year old. It was a scary situation. I told the gentleman at the window and he didnt seem to care. Simply shrugged his shoulders, gave me my order and had the window shut on me.

ordered a plain cheeseburger and nothing like that, and they served back a cheeseburger with PICKLES when I said just plain. now the only real thing I get now is a mcchicken. the people always fail with the cheese burger. they never served the soda either. at least the ice cream machine works

They are the Champion of the worst service. I went today Sep 28th to pickup 2 paid orders placed on the app and the dispatcher didn’t sell me an additional Large coffee because he said I’m only allowed to two orders per car. Sorry but it doesn’t make sense. They want me to go around again to the drive-thru for a coffee. I understand that if the drive thru was busy or at least a car were behind me, I should have considered other people’s time but it wasn’t the case. The drive thru was empty. I told the guy at the window and still very unprofessional to solve a simple petition for a simple coffee. I’ not coming back to this place no more and I don’t recommend this fast food location. Safe yourself a bad moment.

Im always missing something. This time, I bit my mcchicken just to pull out a hair out of my mouth! Almost threw up. Obviously I can’t finish my food now. Dont order on the app. They always somehow cancel the order, and I never get my refund back. Once im there, im forced to reorder and repurchase the same food, so technically, I pay twice for the same food! It’s a scam!
