My husband and I LOVE eating here. We have dined in multiple times at the Myrtle beach location until the Conway location opened. We have never done takeout, but because the Conway location is closer to our home we decided to order pick up for something quick last night. It was the definition of, getting takeout and cutting the portion size for the same price. $35 for two meals isn’t bad until you get half of the portion. Hardly any veggies in either bowl and minimal protein. We will for sure be dining in again but not a chance for takeout. I had 5-6 pieces of zucchini in my dinner plate and 4 pieces of broccoli, my husbands was basically all onions. There was still an okay amount of protein but I know when we dine in we get a lot more. Still tasted amazing though.

Jimmyz is amazing! The food was super tasty, the tuna wasn’t my fav though it tasted weird and the noodles were a bit oily but the rice was perfect and the salmon was crunchy from the outside too which i loved! the whole staff were the friendliest I’ve ever experienced (so different from other places) and also informative. I also loved how clean the place was which i rarely see these days. The outdoor seating was cozy and relaxing. Prices are great too definitely my new go to hibachi spot!

My family frequently use this establishment for the last 2.5 years. This will be the last time that we go. The portions are inconsistent each time. We pay $60 for 4 meals every time and in the last year or so, the portions are intermittently very small when they are busy or if the food is togo. Is it because they don’t have time to restock their line or that they just do not care as every review less than 5 stars with this same complaint has an apologetic response from the restaurant. The apology must just be words to smooth it over because it’s still continues to be an issue. I use to think this was a locals friendly place but it is becoming more and more like the tourist trap restaurants that we steer clear of. Today, I will be on the lookout for a better place. I am adding a photo of the shockingly small portion of protien that I was served on this visit. It is worth noting that when we first started going, their rating was much higher than 4 stars.
When i called to speak to a manger about the issue, there was not one available. I spoke to the “head casheir” Cam who listened patiently and stated “He’d give the message toJimmy and he would call me back.”
I give the atmosphere 1 star because it is used for over flow stock and it sits right out in the open. Previously I overlooked it because we genuinely use to love this place. I am sad that this is the way it is because this place has great potential.

After attempting to order online I called the restaurant for clarification. I spoke to Skyler the manager. He kindly answered my questions and instructed me to order my delivery online which I did. When my order did not arrive after an hour and twenty minutes I called the restaraunt. Skyler told me that “sometimes” online delivery customers must approve the order online. I guess customers are supposed to intuitively know that. He said he could have my order to me in 20 minutes give or take or refund my money. When I protested that they’d completely dropped the ball on the order, so they should covet the cost and get the order to me asap. He admitted that they had done me wrong, said he had no way to cover the order, and offered to give me a credit on my next order. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he was the manager. I asked who his supervisor was and he said Jimmy. I requested for him to please have Jimmy call me. No not order Jimmyz for delivery through Jimmyz website.

The food and atmosphere was amazing. I haven’t had Jimmy’z since 2022 and the taste was sooo consistent from what I remember. The only reason I gave service 4 stars is because when approaching the register I would have liked the cashier to greet the customers “hi can I help you”, “what would you like today”, “I’ll take you at this register”, “what can I get for you”… something…. She just stared at me and tilted her head and raised her eyebrows.

The absolute best place to eat. They work with you with modifications to preparing food for those with gluten intolerance. Definitely not a typical cookie cutter business. A very talented staff preparing your food.

When I call in my order I always get the chicken teriyaki bowl. It’s quick, inexpensive and just enough to fill me up. It is simply, hibachi chicken over their amazing rice with a teriyaki glaze over the chicken. They give you two cups of yum yum sauce but I always get one more. So addictive

Decent place to stop before boarding a flight. Nice outdoor seating and good vibe. The service was good and I enjoyed my chicken bowl. Lots of seating and parking available. Food was cooked well and service was fast. Thank you.

I ask for 2 shrimp with rice and i paid 13 dollars each
They gave me some thing else
And when i come back the just took the thing from the rice and added some little shrimp on the dame plate even they didn’t heat it or try to change the rice

So the food and service wasn’t bad. However the Shrimp was over cooked. The cleanliness is the problem. The tables and floor are ok but they don’t clean anything above. The amount of dust all over the lights, walls, fans, TV’s and pictures is disgusting. The soda/Ice machine area is dirty. They had a fan blowing and all I can see is the dust flying off of it. Bathrooms are dirty as well.
