Wow. Where do I even start? I’ve never left a negative review before—anywhere—and I really hate complaining because I know restaurants can get slammed during busy times and things happen. But this experience at IHOP was so frustrating that I have to vent.
We arrived on a Sunday morning with a party of five, expecting a typical breakfast outing. We waited over an hour just for part of our order to arrive. When the first half finally came out, it was stone cold—like it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or forgotten) for a long time. We then waited another 15–20 minutes for the rest of the food. It gets worse: the second round was missing several items entirely. By that point, half the table had already finished eating while the other half was just starting.
The whole ordeal dragged on so long that it was after 12:00 before we even got the check and left. What should have been a quick, enjoyable breakfast ruined our entire morning.
I truly hope the management can get things back on track—better training, better coordination in the kitchen, something—because if this is the new normal, this location won’t last. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.

Me and my husband enjoyed our had the WORST ihop experience at this location. They just hire anybody these days! So many wonderful people would love a job in this job market. Their waitress ( I don’t remember her name) she had grey hair. SUPER RUDE. She hated her job. She hated serving us. All that! Disgusting behavior made me and my husband loose our appetites. Food was cold, dry, and tasted so BLAND. My husbands a trucker who goes to IHOP all over the states. So sad to see our hometown ihop is the WORST in the nation. To the manager, get that nasty lady out get a new chef and MAYBE you’ll save some money.

The service was wonderful. However, the food was less to be desired. I went with my family and both my dad. I had burnt food, and my chicken and his hash browns were both burnt to a crisp. I thought at first it might have been the oil that needed to be changed. However, our food took so long to come out that I figured it was because they cooked for too long. They were nice to take it off the bill. However, a business should know that the oil always gets changed once every other day or once a week, depending on how much they use it. I’ll never go back to this one.

Worst experience ever!!!! Waited 15 minutes on a high chair, waited 25 minutes more for drinks, and on top of ordering food. I understand patience, but just no explanation of keeping us customers informed. About arriving around 11:30ish am and still there going on 1:00pm still no food. We walked out, but still chased out for paying drinks that was $11.00!!!!!! My money and my time will never step foot in a IHop ever again!!!!!!

We were looking forward to having IHOP again since it has been closed and we don’t have one close. Unfortunately the service was absolutely awful. We waited for ten mins just to put our names and never even got the opportunity to do so. There were at least four or five door dashers waiting for orders with absolutely zero communication from any employee. It is difficult to believe that an establishment that cannot organize DoorDash would be able to organize sit down service. So we opted not to stay to eat.

My wife and I had a great breakfast at IHOP recently
The blueberry French toast was amazing—perfectly sweet with a hint of tartness from the blueberries. The eggs were cooked just right, and the bacon was nice and crispy, just how I like it. The sausage links were flavorful and a great addition to the meal
We also appreciated the fresh fruit, which balanced everything out, and the breakfast crepes were a perfect finishing touch—light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious
Definitely a spot I’d recommend for a satisfying breakfast!

I just ordered a burger with everything but onion. It had 1 tomato so I asked for another. Both tomatoes were hard and white. The audacity to give them to a customer is insane. On top of that, my food was cold and there were barely any fries on the plate. The fries that were on it looked like it came from the bottom of the bag.
I most definitely will not visit this place anymore and do not recommend their food to anybody.

Incompetent workers. Left before we even got our food. It took 20 minutes before our server even took our order and over an hour of sitting there with our server saying, “Your food will be out soon,” while other tables received our food. Should’ve listened to there 3 star review.

Good service when I ordered my food. I drove 30 minutes to get to IHOP; when I came home and opened my bag, the food was unacceptable. The Swedish crapes were a joke, not even what I asked for, and burn. Then I got the French toast and found a peace of plastic on it. Is ridiculous the quality of the food; I called the store, and the manager on duty, Jose, was nice on the phone, but that didn’t fix the problem that I got with my food. Never again going to that store
