This is the worst drive thru I’ve ever encountered with McDonald’s. It always has a line. Last time I got off and went inside and ordered in the kiosk it was quicker. I’ll go to another location from now on. Oh yeah and school was on Christmas vacation so the long lines weren’t because school let out.

It’s 2:30am i know it’s not that busy at all to not be able to read or have too much to do. If a customer specifically puts ketchup and condiments in their order that means I WANT THEM. Soggy stale fries have definitely been sitting there for hours but yall couldnt read the order and look for what I asked to be included. Turned my comfort meal to a horrible experience.

Conveniently located fast food joint (Just like every Macdonalds around the world), but make sure you absorb as much reused grease from the hasbrowns or fries as you can or just don’t eat them like I did. Their coffee is really good though.

So let’s play I came in and ordered the bug Mac 10 nuggets and fries with no salt I have someone that can not have salt it was not busy at all ordered my food had to wait for 1 min because they thought my food was not done how but hey things happen so I get home feed the person that got the fries and they are warm and have so much salt on them like really they can’t have salt I call and talk to the manager all they can say is come back we will replace them and did not care and hung up on me more then 5 times saying I am rude when I was just saying u Replacing them are not an option. Now I have to figure out how to get this person’s blood pressure down and now I’m at the hospital and the manager thinks it’s funny so now a lawsuit will be filed smh if u don’t like or want your job get a new one but why do u have to suffer and a person because of the lack of the employees and they can’t say it was busy it was not mind u my order was well over 15 bucks wow as soon as I leave the hospital I will be calling a lawyer and emailing one tonight angel call our the manager because I remember your name and they called u as well and sad to say the nuggets where cold and nasty I’m scared to try the burger wow so sad so so sad

They were very busy. Massive drive thru line and very few people inside. Seems like they do not have a person to do inside orders and separate people for the drive thru. They put all the attention on the drive thru. My routine order of a Big Mac meal and two McDoubles took 15 minutes That is an eternity in fast food time! The food was acceptable at least.

I never felt the need to decrease the stars of a business after leaving a review… but over this past year this location went down hill. Almost 99% of the time we are told to park. I never order more then two meals. Before when i would get parked, the food would be out with 5 mins.
These past few times ive been parked for 15 to 20 mins. The first time this happen i assumed they were extrealy busy. Nope, they told us they were waiting on the chicken sandwich..we DIDNT order a chicken sandwich…they noticed the mistake and gave us free sandwhich coupons which btw WAS EXPIRED. Didnt notice till i was home.
Today same thing happen… at the 10 min mark we walk in to grab our food. This time we were told they were waiting on our fries…. that is total bull. We seen 10 cars go by, even the ones that got praked after us left before us…so you mean to tell me NO ONE ordered a meal that came with fries?? Btw once we got our food.. the fries were cold and tasted stale..
Sucks this location is on the way home from work. I guess ill be driving to another one cuz this location has bad service…. dont get me wrong tho, the employees are sweet….. not to mention, sloppy sandwich making is very common…the condiments are never in the sandwich.
