I finally decided to have food delivered to me and it was eye opening.
1st. My comments are NOT DIRRECTED AT MY DELIVERY DRIVER. AND I am not trying to complain about the hardworking staff.
2nd. The menu/Wendy’s App was not user friendly, and the order was VERY difficult to modify and or specify item options/preferences!
3rd (AND WORST!) only the 4 TEENY TINY nuggets from the “biggie bag” were SOMEWHAT fresh. The fries were SO STALE AND DRY I had to drink water to swallow them! The DISAPPOINTINGLY SMALL chicken sandwich barely had any condiments or lettuce, and had obviously SAT UNDER A HEAT LAMP for a LONG TIME. The 2 JR burgers I ordered were completely different! One burger was VERY SMALL AND BLACKENED, and did not have the correct condiments. The bun was Stale And So Dry It Fell To Pieces. The other burger was a SLOPPY, COLD MESS WITH A YUCKY BUN. The app did not inform me that my Snicker doodle cookie frosty was unavailable! I PAID EXTRA FOR EXTRA COOKIES!!. The driver did her best and I received an Oreo frosty, but there were almost NO COOKIES!!!
The portion sizes were insulting!!! I ordered a Large! I paid extra for multiple things in my order, and I RECEIVED THE MOST PATHETIC, ATROCIOUSLY INSULTING FAST FOOD ORDER IVE EVER HAD IN MY 41 YEARS OF LIFE!
Now that I know the horrific quality of the food(despite the obscenely long wait EVERY TIME I am forced to wait for a customer’s delivery pickup in the drivethru… breathing exhaust fumes, cigarettes, and marijuana!!!) I likely will not deliver for this Wendy’s again. No wonder my customers are usually furious. I get punished with bad ratings and no tip!
I will likely NEVER EAT WENDYS AGAIN!
Finally, this location frequently runs out of items, shuts down machines early, and closes early. There is almost always an issue with the internet/system, and the orders I am there for have somehow already been taken(this is not a frequent problem anywhere else?!)
The staff is doing the best they can being overworked and understaffed. The drivers do not make the staff’s job any easier, and this is an understatement!

The place was seriously understaffed and those who were there were doing their best. The food quality took a small hit due to this. The guys I dealt with were very friendly and respectful. My problem however was with the manager with neck tattoos who was berating them in front of customers. I also saw her being very disrespectful towards a homeless gentleman who obviously had a mental disability, again in front of multiple customers.

The guy that took my husband’s order, never asked if we were together (were talking to each other and in close proximity). My husband left to use the restroom and he never completed the order, just started doing other things. A manager, I believe, asked if I had been waited on.. and was confused with the order started. I explained the situation to her and she was able to complete our order. Food was typical and was finished quickly..

I don’t think this Wendy’s has gotten my order right a single time that I’ve ordered. I’ve worked at places understaffed, I’ve worked in fast food, reading orders is not rocket science. I’m disabled and cannot make food myself and spend what little money I have on food because I don’t have a choice and then receiving half of a right order each time is crazy.

Wheelchair accesible curb cuts on both front walks no Wi-Fi clean , no pandemic precautions obvious . Had the double bourbon burger meal, it was was very good ( bourbon onions cheese meat is a winning combo in an old boot at landfill, let alone as fast food burger, it was moist and juicy , the fries hot and fresh and they have that custom soda fountain , so I tried daves diet Orange cream soda it was excellent and definitely a change and unique among burger joint soda offerings

Every single time I come to the drive thru here I am waiting at least 15 mins or more. Not to mention the awful experience me and my doordasher just experienced. I placed my order at 2:26 am and the arrival eta was like 2:50. As time went on the eta kept getting later and later. I messaged my dasher to see if everything was okay and he said the line was very long and that only 1 car’s order has been taken while 4 were still ahead of him. It was almost 3:30 by this point. Then he calls me and tells me they told him while giving him the order that their frosty machine is being cleaned and some things in the order are missing and they didn’t tell him what. It’s 3:39 now and he still isn’t close to my house, which is like a 4 min drive from Wendy’s by the way. This is absolutely unacceptable and the owner of this specific property should be ashamed of keeping staff like this and not caring. Never again will I order through doordash here again nor go to the drive thru past 8 pm.

We stopped by this Wendy’s after 10am on July 31st. They were not busy at all and were immediately angry that we had coupons for a free sandwich. We could hear the staff AND the manager talk bad about us the whole time we sat in the drive thru. This is how they filled up all of our breakfast potatoes. These were supposed to be a LARGE, and their was a hair in them! My chicken was also served RAW. They just glared at us and shut the window when we told them thank you and to have a good day. They did this on purpose and I am absolutely disgusted that this is acceptable behavior from staff and managers to allow this

Decided to give this place another chance. They didn’t serve me raw chicken this time, however, the fries were cold cardboard. All of them. Instead of making a new batch and throwing out the old ones you shouldn’t serve to guests, the morning manager lady still packed and served the cardboard fries. Couldn’t even bite through them, which shows they’ve been sitting there for a very, very long time.

Warning to all: Please check your food before you leave this store to ensure freshness, to make sure chicken is not raw, and that food is up to code before you leave.

They wouldn’t let me in to even order because they have this sign on their door and was yelling at me to get out before they call the cops. I just wanted some food after school but noooo they didn’t wanna serve me. This is outlandish and ridiculous.
