I stopped by this pub for a slightly late dinner on a Saturday and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. It’s a very pleasant environment with a warm atmosphere, and feels very much like how a pub should. I sat at the bar and was helped quite quickly. Since I had heard of it beforehand I ordered the tenderloin sandwich with mashed potatoes. The sandwich was large, but not ridiculously so. It was well balanced flavor-wise, and I enjoyed every bite. The staff was both attentive and friendly, and I was able to cash out quickly too. I’d definitely recommend this spot for a good meal.

Our first time in Indiana and city of Indianapolis! This restaurant is absolutely phenomenal! We ordered the Hoosier tenderloin sandwich, which is a huge size, large enough for me and my hubby to share! The pork tenderloin is perfectly crispy and flavored! Definitely a wonderful and authentic Indiana food! Everyone should try if you travel to Indianapolis!

Ideal experience:
You set your 8pm dinner reservation on the first or third Friday of the month. You show up way too early and you go nextdoor to red key tavern beforehand to learn the rules of the bar and ask about the model airplanes. Your reservation comes and the live music inspires you to two appetizers instead of one. Jay gives excellent and attentive service throughout the evening. Beautiful atmosphere, engaging staff and great food.

2nd time here, was good. Brushetta was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Pork tenderloin sandwich was good as before, best thung weve tried there so far, better with fries than chips. House chips just okay. Schnitzel would have been better if was like the pork for the sandwich. Cottage pie was dry, not enough madhed potatoes. House chips were just okay.
Parking limited and tight.
Nice atmosphere. Would go again.

I came for the famous Hoosier Tenderloin Sandwich and it did not disappoint. The fried pork tenderloin was as big as my face and it was big enough for me to eat two meals in one sitting. It was perfectly seasoned and fried. Make sure to get the french fries! They were crispy on the outside and tender on the outside.

Hostess was very welcoming and the server, Mitchell, was personable and friendly. If you are looking for a quintessential Hoosier meal with a fun pub vide, Aristocrat is the place to be!

Lunch with friends and siblings here! Tenderloin was large and great, midwestern style. Had some drinks. Played card games. I wish it was not as quiet, hoping for more of an active pub vibe as opposed to a more calmer restaurant vibe. Nonetheless we will be returning for the great food and great service.

This is our 1 night in town and we chose Arisocrat Pub. We almost didn’t go because parking was so tight for our 2500 chevy pick up. But, a spot on the street opened up and we made it. We sat in the patio, which was very nice. Our server Alley greeted us with a smile. We started off with a lemon drop and straight up martinis. We hade French Onion Soup and a pub salad. Both were very good. My wife had the wild mushroom Raviolis (so good). I had the cottage pie, marinated hamburger meat and veggies, topped with mashed potatoes, and cheese. It was so good and filling. Our server Alley was so sweet, she took a pic of us, then joined my wife for a picture to add to our trip memories. We’re a long way from California, so glad we stopped here.

I had a great first experience here!
I ordered the Hoosier Tenderlion which Tasted surprisingly delicious. Also I was definitely pleased with the service we received here. Our waiter was very kind and answered all of our questions. However this restaurant is very busy and when we were here it was absolutely packed. Prices here were not horible and you are definitely getting what pay for. Overall if you decide to eat here you will not regret it!

Great food and the atmosphere was amazing.
We had Cajun chicken and shrimp fettuccine. My Wife doesn’t like spicy food at all, but she was able to eat the Cajun fettuccine with no problems. They were able to make mine even spicier. Only complaint is that I had to add a bit more salt to it, to help the taste, but otherwise a solid seafood and chicken pasta.

Our second visit was good, confirming the nice atmosphere and the friendly, attentive staff. The Pork Tenderloin Sandwich is definitely the standout—it was good as before and is the best item we’ve tried so far! We highly recommend ordering it with the fries, as the house chips were just okay. The Bruschetta was also a good starter. A note for the kitchen: The Cottage Pie was unfortunately dry, and the Schnitzel needs improvement. Despite a few dish misses and limited, tight parking, the atmosphere and service make it worthwhile. We would go again.
