We came in for dinner today and to begin it took the waitresses 20 minutes to even bring us menus when there was only 3 other tables. Food came out and the steak was not even cooked, the rice was hard like it’s been sitting for hours, everything had absolutely no flavor. So we complained, they offered to remake the steak but when we complained about the other stuff they took our plates away and didn’t ask if there was anything they could do to fix there mistakes. The waitress was absolutely terrible her name is Miranda fyi. Absolutely never come here unless you want a terrible experience!

Food was okay, the grill was not open, service was slow and inhospitable. Menus were dirty, the place itself wasn’t clean, bathroom was not clean either. Would not return based on location, food, service, cleanliness overall.

Food was A 10 outta 10. The Atmosphere is so chill like a romantic type of vibe! Me and my family ate here for my youngest son 13 bday around lunch time. Staff were so welcoming and our waitress was so sweet and kind. And the watermelon margarita was on point she wasn’t stingy with the alcohol definitely coming back soon!

We went for the all you can eat menu. you can order as much as you want obviously. But I only ordered a few things My first time around (1 sushi roll, salad, and general tos). I went to place another order for more And it took a long time to come out, But it was still delicious! I will order everything I was the first time around . Will definitely be going back, food was just out of this world!

Visited Hana for the first time while visiting family, and this was hands-down one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had.
We arrived around 11:45 when the restaurant was mostly empty. As it slowly filled, service completely fell apart. We placed our first round of orders and waited an extremely long time. When food finally arrived, several people at our table were missing most of their meal. We even watched one of our items be set aside and never brought to us.
We attempted a second round of ordering and informed the server of what we were still missing. The same thing happened again. By the end of our visit, we were still missing multiple items — many from the first round. This is an all-you-can-eat restaurant, yet several people in our party never even received enough food to eat a full meal.
We were there for over two hours and never once received a drink refill. Dirty plates piled up on the table, and our server was rarely seen. We eventually had to flag down another server for help. When we told staff we were still missing sushi, we were told it could be boxed to go — then informed it hadn’t even been made yet despite being ordered over an hour earlier.
Checkout was just as frustrating. We requested a military discount (which they confirmed they offer) but it was not applied. We were told the discount couldn’t be used because it was “all you can eat,” which is insulting considering we did not receive all we ordered or anything close to a normal AYCE experience.
Restaurants get busy — that’s understandable. What’s not understandable is the complete lack of accountability or effort to fix the situation. No apologies, no attempt to make it right, and no concern for customer experience. We will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place based on our visit.

Lived in Williamsport for 20 years & first ate here for dinner last week, and the experience was stellar! The food tasted fresh and the portions were generous, we were served in a timely manner, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was unlike anything in this town. Can’t believe I’ve never been here despite being a local to the area, and I will be going back soon!

We had 2 different experiences. When we went for lunch service was excellent, we were constantly checked one and received food in a very timely manner after being ordered/were able to order frequently.I would like to add they were also busy at this time. When we returned a few days later for dinner it was very different although the dinner menu offers more they weren’t very busy and we waited over 20 minutes before being able to place an order for additional food and were barely ever checked on. The food is delicious and we will return but probably only for lunch hours.

Wow! We have visited twice so far. Lunch and dinner, dinner does cost more of course. We had the same server and she was great. The sushi rolls were huge and packed! Sure it’s darker inside but it’s in a building and more intimate. The server explained the process and was very patient. All you can sushi is WELL WORTH the price (which is not unreasonable for all you can eat).

Top tear resurant if you’re craving sushi! The food was amazing! I will warn you if you’re going to get the all you can eat the bring full servings of food and rolls! (Not complaining, but keep it in mind so you don’t over order) only complaint it took a long time to get our second round I’m not sure what was going on but it was over 15 mins when we ordered.
