My order was taken, and I clearly stated what I wanted Multiple times. I waited 20 minutes and then I had to address something that was messed up on my food, before leaving. And then coming home to realize they forgot to put cheese on my food, Which I had requested specifically because that’s how I like to eat my food.. I called and asked if they could remake it for me tomorrow because it was not made correctly.. And I was told that no they would not remake my food because it’s only $.75 cheese (on a $50 order)…. And now I can’t enjoy my meal and I can’t have it remade because they think that just because it’s a low price item that I shouldn’t receive what I paid for …

Walked in to place 2 orders and was ignored. No one approached the windows to acknowledge me and my elderly sister. They looked at me saying nothing. The cashier walked to and from the register, but did not look up to say hello or I’ll be with you. The cook looked at us but said nothing. Another guy just walked in and walked away. We didn’t continue to wait. We would have ordered fish, shrimp and chicken. The atmosphere was quiet. They should pay attention customer walk-ins.
My overall impression is they didn’t want our business and will not get it.
