I just love the remodel and when I had visited over Christmas time I was extremely impressed with their Christmas tree it was amazing. I know Christmas is long gone but not going to lie I was disappointed to see it was took down. It’s always clean in there. The design is far more warm and inviting now love what they have done with the place. Service was excellent. They were attentive with smiles on their faces even thru the small rush. I enjoy the BK experience again such improvements. Looked like maybe the owner and a team were there today to discuss some improvements. They were personable and not to busy or important to chop it up with me about the marvelous Christmas tree I thought that was really nice that they talked to me even though I was just a customer they still greeted me with smiles of their own. Very nice experience

The renovations are excellent! They have plenty of new things to look at and it’s very very clean! As a doordasher I didn’t eat at this time but the service was fast friendly and efficient!

I would not recommend this place for anyone. The service is slow I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes to order and there’s nobody in line. I got my food was cold and there’s was french fries with Tatar totes and they don’t serve fries during breakfast which tells me an old fries is on the food warmer.

Ordered online thur app @10:06 the order said it would be ready by 10:06 i picked up within 5 minutes in what a disappointment, not a single thing was fresh pretty much. Ice cold all the burgers, no sauce, very dry. All the fry product would be 16 chicken fingers, a large onion ring completely nasty. How hard is rock you can tell that it’s been sitting there for quite some time as hard as enough to literally break open the skin on my gums. From my $13 sandwich, I am so disappointed. I tried calling three or four times immediately after I got my food.No answer did answer. So I didn’t feel like any point driving back. I kept the food cause I would like my money back took pictures. How we posted them as well. But I don’t understand why spinning so much money to renovate and make a new store if we’re gonna feed people. This kind of product cannot expect people to want to come back. I gotta get it good reputation. I’ll make any money to have service like this period. Food definitely. In the danger zone, there’s no way that that food was kept to a proper temperature period it was at a date had been out of date and I’ll be reaching out to management tomorrow. You can even tell the cheese was it wasn’t even melted? So there was no way there was any heat to this food. There have been sitting there for sum time . Very disappointing when I work all day long. Spend over thirty dollars to get this. Managements definitely needs to do better

I thought maybe because this was a new Burger King it would be different than all of the other trash in town but no same thing. Just fancy appearance.
Bathroom was completely out of toilet paper, was never spoken a word to when I ordered. Had to use the kiosk because nobody even came to the front counter.
Waited 15 minutes for two sandwiches and hash browns while at least 15 cars went through the drive-thru when I was the only one inside.
Ordered my food to stay but they went ahead and put it in a bag. Just embarrassed at the lack of human decency these days. At least say hi or have a good day. That is part of customer service train. Your employees better be better!

A worker who sounded like she had an attitude when another worker asked her about the Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper Junior I had ordered – made my sandwich with ice cold mushrooms on it. The mushrooms are usually cooked/warm. The mushrooms she used on my sandwich must have just come out of the refrigerator. I’m guessing she did it because I ordered to go, and she figured I wouldn’t realize it until after leaving the location. Horrible service. Ruined the whole sandwich. It would have been better and professional to have advised me that there would be a wait on the mushrooms, instead of pulling some trifling crap like that.

Always get the impossible burger or vegetarian breakfast sandwiches and they’re consistently fantastic. So nice to have fast food vegetarian/vegan options. Stands out above the rest for sure, and the deals on the app are great. People are always very kind at this location too!
