One of the WORST FAKE CHICKEN SANDWICHES I have EVER had to suffer through. The fake party was OLD and DRY. The fried were over-cooked. I hit them at the top of the lunch hour so WHY WASN’T MY FOOD MADE FRESH?
As a convenience – I was given YESTERDAY’S FOOD….. But that’s fine too That’s the BEST Over-Priced $12 I WILL EVER SPEND. Save yourself the expensive food poisoning and go some place else…. This was a waste of my money.

I don’t know what has changed about this Wendy’s, but this is literally the BEST service I’ve ever got at a Wendy’s. They’re on it big time. The food is very quick and I’ve honestly never seen a fast food be on it like this other than a chick fil a. They are right there with chick fil a. Very good job team I’m super impressed

I went to get two different types of frosties. One being the normal brownie batter and the other being the Oreo brownie batter. Not only did the normal brownie batter not contain ANY brownie batter, it tasted like mint. Like their girl Scott frosty. I’m not sure if they are just not cleaning their supplies or what but that’s NOT what I ordered. And my Oreo brownie batter was literally just a vanilla frosty with Oreos on top. That’s insane that people are paying for stuff and getting a completely different thing. Makes no sense and I was pulled up and had to wait for my order. I had to wait for two frosties that were made completely wrong.

I pulled up to pay for the food it smelled like a weed dispenser and she couldn’t even give me the right change back We started eating our breakfast and there is mold on our breakfast sandwich the number 2 and 3 meal. Not happy at all do not eat here unless you want mold on your food

The only reason for the 3 stars is due to the service provided by the young lady in the drive through. Polite, patient, and great service. My order was wrong and the breakfast sandwich was thrown together as if the person who prepared it was angry. I drove around and asked for a refund. The guy, a manager, I assume, with the long curly locs started cursing about me asking for a refund. Completely unprofessional. At least the female employee was smart enough to close the window while he went on his rant.

I was waited on promptly and with a friendly attitude. The frosties are fantastic! The food was great as always. The price is decent compared to other burger joints. The biggie bag combos are a good deal! We enjoyed the hot food! Good choice for a quick ànd cheap lunch.

Man, this place sucks. I can’t believe how bad the food was. I DoorDash it from five minutes away. They gave me some old burger that had been sitting around and then blamed DoorDash for it. My fries are cold and soggy, but it’s DoorDash‘s fault right it took him seven minutes to get here, but it’s their fault not Wendy’s fault they don’t take responsibility for their crappy food and the day manager is a complete jerk he yelled at me and said I was rude because I interrupted him, but he was just making excuses and I have no time for excuses. I don’t wanna hear that mess.Give me a break man next time I’m dashing from Taco Bell!

Me and my father walked in, I noticed a worker roll her eyes and say “really” like she didn’t want to do her job. When we got to the counter I noticed two health code violations: one girl had hair out of her loose braid next to the fryer and the girl who took our order took off her glove partially and didn’t change it after. The girl next to the fryer looked like she was playing with something in the frying pile while having the baskets down. While we were getting our drinks, our food was ready and didn’t yell out to let anyone know.
My father got the number 6 and his meal was good. I got the number 3 and my nuggets were cooked differently. (like one would be cooked nicely with no crunch while another would be just fully crunchy like it was overcooked. )
The tables and floors were sticky. I touched one table and it was more sticky then the sticky table we sat at. The floor looked disgusting and had some puddles that weren’t mopped or had a hazard sign near it. At the drink station, there was multiple puddles of some drinks (couldn’t tell if it was ice or not and it was sticky).
I went to grab napkins and there was none, so I told the worker and she mumbled “there in the back” and didn’t go back to grab the refills until another customer said they were out of napkins. A lady that went through the drive through, pulled up and had to go inside for her order.
This Wendy’s store is terrible. Terrible customer service. Terrible looking store.
