I had taken a pause from this McDonalds but recently began going back. I am definitely seeing an improvement among their staff and service. The speed and consistency of correct orders has improved too. I appreciate that the company seems to be responding to concerns. Thank you and please keep it up. I appreciate this location especially when it is operating well.

Line is always long poorly designed drive thru. Inside is always under construction. If u get a large fries make sure you check them to make sure they fill them up because the always skimp you on the fries, sometimes who ever makes the food over salts or over peppers the burgers.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s and ask for made-to-order fries, they reheat old fries by dumping them back into hot oil. That’s not “fresh.” It’s greasy, disgusting, and honestly misleading. If you can’t make fresh fries, just say that, but reheating old ones in oil is not acceptable.

Today was even worse. My drive-thru lane was moving slowly, so when the other lane advanced, I switched over. I sat there waiting with no response, even after saying “hello” multiple times. Then another car pulled into the lane I had originally been in after it moved up, and their order was taken immediately.

Meanwhile, the employee told me to hold on in the lane I was in. When the original lane I had started in moved forward, I switched back to that lane because a male employee was taking orders there. At that point, the same female employee intentionally moved over to that lane, took over, and told me to wait again, even though she had already made me wait in the other lane.

At that point, it was clear this was deliberate, not confusion, especially when they have cameras. I had already been waiting, and she actively repositioned herself to delay my order again instead of letting the other employee take it.

Between the poor food practices and the disrespectful service, this location consistently disappoints. I won’t be returning.

I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location due to the manager’s behavior. The situation escalated quickly and could have been handled with much more professionalism and composure. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of circumstances. I hope corporate leadership reviews how situations like this are managed in the future.

This location is consistently disappointing. Food takes an extremely long time, and it often takes 10–15 minutes just to get acknowledged at the counter. Employees and managers walk past without saying anything, even when there’s a long line and no one working the register.

What makes it worse is that staff are often joking around and laughing while customers are clearly waiting to be helped. Orders are frequently missing items, especially sauces I honestly can’t remember the last time my order was complete.

I understand being busy, but basic customer service like acknowledgment, accuracy, and respect shouldn’t be optional. Unfortunately, this place needs serious improvement.

and yes owner i have already contacted corporate and went through several macdonalds customer service, please do better.

This is by far my least favorite McDonald’s I’ve been to, I can’t go through the drive-thru without being parked for 20min and don’t even get me started on the Delivery. EVERY SINGLE time I got delivery through this place it’s always incorrect or missing half my order, there’s simply no in between or positive outlook. 0/10 I would not recommend, the one on 13th is miles better.

Edit: I’m typing this as I had to get an $11 refund for the lack of quality checking before the order was sent out.

This McDonald’s is absolutely disappointing. The place was dirty — tables not wiped, trash overflowing, and the floor sticky. My order was wrong, and when I went to the counter just to ask for my sauces, I stood there for 10–15 minutes while employees and even managers walked by without acknowledging me.

When my food was finally ready, nobody called it out or let me know. The manager was loudly joking and yelling with the staff instead of helping customers. The whole environment felt chaotic and unprofessional. You can hear other customers sitting down complaining about their orders.

This location is completely mismanaged and unpleasant to visit. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered. It was a mess, the wait was 15 mins (for a happy meal & mcChicken)
Drive thru was wrapped around, like I was genuinely confused. What a zoo. Not to mention cold fries. But hey…. I’m loving it.

This location is barely better than the one at Boggy Creek and Narcoossee (1 Star location over there) . 90% chance your order is wrong. Manager has very poor problem solving skills when things go sideways. Corporate should audit this location. Sad.
