I usually get delivery and omg every time they forget the sauce I even paid for extra sauce because of this and they still didn’t put anything. I am the type of person who usually has to eat their food with sauce and they keep “forgetting” I’m assuming this staff is just doing it on purpose. How hard is it to give me sauce. I haven’t said or done anything but this is like the 5th time they do this.

Yesterday night Ive went towards this McDonalds with my friend order some food however these people have a problem with me ive gotten the quarter pounder plain only cheese and bacon in which they didn’t put the bacon on it in which told them 3 times to add them and some reason they give me all of the toping even though its said plain on it why would they even give me that????? its makes no sense at all 2 different lady’s nearly crush the box of mine sandwich I wasn’t even being rude to them at all is very sad that ive wait nearly an hour to get my sandwich corrected my fries and cookies went cold

Id give 0 if I could. Apparently the concept of Unsweetened ice tea doesnt exist. Only ever get sweet tea. Whatever the ticket says be damned. But then also order a double quarter pounder meal no onions, got filet of fish no tartar sauce. So no one knows how to read… or smell… or visually identify the difference between a filet o fish in a filet o fish box and a double quarter pounder burger? Honestly the worst McDonald’s. If its a franchise, should lose its license. If its corporate, shut it down.

Fairly quick service and they do serve your food hot. Keep in mind this is one of the busier location so the drive thru can get full really quick.

Complaint about these McDonald’s at Market St, Downtown Paterson N.J.
It seen that the restrooms it is never available to the customers to use after certain time at night, sometimes 21/2 hours prior to be closed to the public. These scenario happens very frequent. I understand that if you have a business which serve food to the public you are obligated to provide restrooms service to everyone who is consuming and spending money at your business. Another thing is that some of your supervisor do what they like to because like I was told by the one supervising tonight at about 8:35 p.m. she said that she will not let me use the restroom because she said so. Also they place a sign on the door with the “Out of Order” 2 to 3 hours before the 11:00 p.m. closing time.
