Food was absolutely terrible. Worst I’ve ever had. The chicken was cold rice was hard chips were nasty. The fajita veggies were hard and not sauted. We go to QDOBA all the time and never had such terrible food. Will never be back to this location.

We had them cater our work party at a hockey game and were very happy with the result. The food was amazing! Hot and fresh, ready to eat when we arrived. Everyone enjoyed it and there was plenty. The only thing I suggest, and I should have requested this to begin with, but extra bowls as people went up multiple times.

This experience was less than enjoyable. The store was messy, especially the food assembly line. The staff were not polite and courteous. They seemed very stressed. The chicken in my entree was tough and bland. I love Qdoba but this location is definitely substandard.

This place use to be awesome. Portions have been cut in half. Barley gave me any chips. I asked why I only get a very small bag now and I was told the owners only allow that much now. Not worth the money anymore and I won’t be returning. Very sad because it use to be one of my favorite spots

I came in around 9:00 PM after a rigorous workout, extremely hungry. When I entered, both the food prep employee and the manager looked at me but didn’t acknowledge me. After waiting about two minutes, I attempted to order nachos with chicken, only to see there was no chicken available. I asked if there was any in the back or if more would be made, and I was told no.
Considering the location doesn’t close until 10:00 PM, this was disappointing. What made it worse is that a friend of mine had the same experience a couple of weeks ago around 8:00 PM. On both occasions, we left hungry and unsatisfied due to lack of food availability and poor customer service.

3pm on a Saturday, the staff was very nice but the food prep area was a disaster. There was mixed food in all tubs. After ordering there was nice young man struggling to work alone with a line of about 8 people waiting. There were 2 other employees but they disappeared. The soda machine was out of syrup except for root beer. The food was not fresh, tortilla was soggy. When leaving, we saw the employees who disappeared, they were in the back outside dancing around. Strange! To date, this is the worst Qdoba I’ve visited.

Probably the most disappointing Qdoba experience we’ve had. The restaurant was very dirty and disorganized. We placed an order for pick up and it said 10-15 min and we got there about 20 min after the order was placed and it wasn’t ready when we got there. They were still making it. And then when we ate it in the car the meat was lukewarm. So it wasn’t even hot…

The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. I paid for double protein but received two half portions with mostly rice. I visit Qdoba 3–6 times a month, and this was by far my worst experience. They were so inconsiderate they didn’t even bag the kids’ meal chips and instead placed them on the quesadillas.

We went here after a night of bowling just expecting normal service. We walked in and were greeted by Robert. He was smiling and was a really cool guy. He was quick and attentive to what we wanted. He deserves a big raise!!! Thank you Robert we appreciate you bro.

My first visit to QDOBA was very, very good. I ordered online, paid online, and picked up my order to go. It was easy every step of the way. Their customization menu for my chicken lime burrito was extensive so I could get it precisely how I wanted. Their entire online portal was extremely user friendly.
Upon arrival I was impressed with the attractiveness of the restaurant both inside and out. This place was nearly spotless, it was so clean. The young woman cashiering greeted me immediately and had a wonderful smile on her face. My order was ready at precisely at the time indicated online. As I approached the counter she confirmed my name, handed me my order, and wished me well smiling the entire time.
My chicken lime burrito was prepared exactly to my specifications. It was hot and it was enormous! In addition to the giant size, I was impressed with the flavor.
My first experience at this QDOBA was overwhelmingly positive and, when in this area, I’ll order a meal from them again.
