The food was good, as it always is at Steak and Shake. The problem was the service at this location. I specifically asked twice for season packets and ketchup. I go park and there wasn’t even napkins. Just my burger and fries. This hasn’t happened recently at this place.

The employees that work here are clearly the most unhappy people I have met in a long time. Its obvious they don’t like their job. Missing my drinks, no big deal go up ask for them. The lady doing shakes with the rudest tone days go ask the server. Then they ask to verify my receipt that I actually purchased them. I mean I don’t think I will visit this location again. Never had this experience at any other location.

Me and my roommate go to OU and we always order the double garlic steak burger with fries and a shake and the workers here never disappoint. Food is always on point, the burgers are perfect smash burgers with crispy edges and juicy centers. The garlic sauce and salt they put on it are delicious. 10/10 gotta come here.

Place has really gone downhill over the last few years. The menu is half what it used to be. Only salt, pepper and ketchup at the table. No fry seasoning, pepper sauce or anything. No more servers, you have to order at a touch screen and get food at counter. Just a glorified McDonald’s with fewer options at this point. But somehow while cutting everything else, they forgot to cut the prices to match. Won’t be back

I only use the Drive thru only, so scored Atmosphere the average 3 points. The burgers are nice as was the chocolate shake. Service was typical (average).

AMAZING food. I’ve always loved eating here, not too many steak n shakes around anymore. The service was great here, unfortunately had to deal with some nosey customers, like we were some celebrities But, overall we had a great visit for dinner and plan to come back more often when we are free.

I travel the country, see Steak n Shake a lot of places, have never been so first timer. Used drive thru, 3 or 4 vehicles in front of me, took longer than it probably should have, ordered the # 1. Began eating within a minute of being handed the bag, fries and burger were room temperature, not cold but certainly not warm; the Diet Coke was good.
First time at one, probably the last time unless there’s no other option within a 30 minute drive

The customer service is very pleasant. I was welcomed well, served with care and the woman over there made sure to check on me and know if I liked everything. I ordered the royal steak burger and classic chocolate shake. This is my first visit to any steak n shake and I am glad. If every steak n shake is like this, they are doing good job. Customer service is the reason I am giving this place 5 stars instead of 4.
