I have no clue why somebody decided to put an entire gallon of sauce on my breakfast bagel this morning and not cook my bacon? Got a free hash brown though since they don’t know how to count. Unfortunately all six hash browns are under cooked. Don’t know what the qualifications are to work here but seem to be pretty low.

Just recently went here. I ordered a happy meal and a 10 piece nugget meal. I asked for a medium frappe and the lady proceeded to tell me frappes have a lot of caffeine. I smiled and said thank you, can you update order from the small you entered to a medium? She refused. Then at the window, I checked meals….there was no fries. When I asked for the fries, they gave them to me…..with long hair in them. So basically, if you have a kid in car, no caffeine (oh and the frappe was for me!). Small frappe and hairy food straight to the trash, yuck!

Went through the drive-thru this afternoon. Was at the speaker, ready to order my food. I had just pulled up to order. The woman taking the orders is the same one at the first window, and she did not have her headset turned off. I heard her cussing about an individual over and over, just awkwardly waiting for her to acknowledge that I was there at the order screen. Then she got on and said “can I help you”. She seemed irritated at the first window. This isn’t the first time either. She’s impatient while taking orders also. Just seemed to be an awkward experience, if she is that unhappy, maybe consider a talk with the individual. I’m seeing other reviews that are similar.

The woman in drive thru who says “help you” instead of “how can I help you” and wears rings and has brown hair is not a fit for a customer facing role. Her tone, language, and presentation lack basic professionalism or class. A non customer facing role would be a better match, because she clearly does not like the job.

I don’t know if the workers here were moving in slow motion or just forgot time exists, but it took FOREVER to get my food. I’m talking “watch a whole Netflix episode in the drive-thru” levels of waiting. The only reason this isn’t a zero-star review (if I could give that) is because, shockingly, the food was incredible once it finally showed up. Fries were hot, burger was perfect, but the service speed? Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re starving, bring a snack for the wait.

Always seems to be something missing from my drive thru order. After this happening several times (most recently 2 orders of fries missing). I get it is only a few dollars but it becomes frustrating after multiple times. I went ahead and provided feedback through the app. McDonalds customer service said the local management would reach out. Never heard anything from anyone local.

Although this location is the closest and most convenient for me, I will drive out of my way due to the extremely poor service on weekends. I’ve waited a long as 21 minutes in the drive thru on a Saturday after making a mobile Order. Once I finally got to the window to pick up my drink and food, I was handed a drink and bag. I made the mistake of not looking in the bag before pulling away. I ordered McNuggets, but got a cheeseburger and fries. The icing on the cake is that my mobile Order was eventually canceled by McDonlds, so I was never charged. This place needs a strong manager presence on weekends.

Listen, their prices are outrageous McDonald’s prices have gotten out of control. What used to be an affordable stop is now $25–$30 for just two people, which is far too high for fast food.
On top of that, the quality and consistency aren’t matching the price. A large fry should actually be filled to the top, not halfway. I also ordered two pumpkin pies and was given one pumpkin and one apple instead. Accuracy should not be an issue at this price point.
The chicken strips used for the snack wraps have also gone downhill — there always seems to be at least one that’s mostly gristle, which makes them unpleasant to eat.
For what McDonald’s is charging now, customers deserve full portions, accurate orders, and better quality.
