I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell. I ordered a chalupa and found a piece of plastic inside the food. That’s completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I lost my appetite immediately and won’t be coming back to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their kitchen standards.

NEVER buy food from this restaurant at this location, specially using Uber Eats. Not sure if they are exceptionally doing the bare minimum or maybe they are lacking initiative, but there is ALWAYS food missing from the order, and lets not start talking about the quantity of food served. Maybe a visit from upper management should fix the problem.

The bean burrito lacked some flavour but the other food items were good.
The baja blast drink and blue raspberry slushy were good, the purple soda was too sweet for my liking.

My entire order from the drive thru was WRONG!!!!
I did not receive chicken cantina crunchy taco or my crunchy chicken taco, I received two other random item, one being a soft taco with buffalo……… Additionally the cheesy bean and rice burritos had NO BEANS in them.
I’m so pissed, such a simple 4 item order and all 4 were screwed up! I want my money back! They didn’t even give me my dam receipt!

Food was dark and burnt, it was cold and the fries were totally soft and also cold. I didn’t got my additional sauces and guacamole. The cinnamon balls were fried oil balls, not more… this was the first and definitely the last time I ordered food there.

Went late at night for a cheesy double beef burrito and a rice and bean burrito. My advice is don’t go during the night, usually their service is good with their dayshift. The cashier charged me for the wrong order And corrected the error, which is fine. However, the entire order was wrong and inedible. Both burritos had onions which they shouldn’t. The cheesy bean and rice burrito had only beans and onions. The cheesy double beef burrito Was exactly like the first burrito except I got charged more. Super disappointed because now I have to check my bank account expecting a refund and couldn’t even enjoy the order I got.

Its Taco Bell and it was great. Order was correct, fast, and hot. I dined in, it was pretty empty, but the staff was still helpful and conscious of my presence. I will say I preferred ordering with the staff over the kiosk, which had way too many options, selections, and bombarding me with add on’s.

Staff is not friendly! Got 2 crunchwraps and they forgot to add the cheese sauce and i went in to ask for it and they got mad even after me showing them the food as proof. They were sad as if they had to give it out from their pockets!

I recently visited Taco Bell and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The food was absolutely delicious,the tacos were amazing and made spectacular and don’t forget the fresh ingredients that Taco Bell is known for. The service was exceptional, with friendly, efficient, and attentive staff ensuring my order was accurate and promptly delivered. A special shoutout to Susana, a blonde woman whose warm and welcoming demeanor, combined with her professional attitude, truly enhanced my dining experience. The inviting and comfortable atmosphere, with its cleanliness and vibrant decor, provided the perfect setting for enjoying a meal. I will definitely be returning to this Taco Bell location anytime I’m in the mood for a satisfying and enjoyable meal. Highly recommended!

I usually get the Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito from the value menu when I want something satisfying at a good price. The normal cost is $2.00 to slightly more depending on the location, but here the prices are way overpriced, and the burrito size itself makes it feel like robbery. They charge $3.50, and the burrito was the least filled I have ever gotten. Almost as flat as a quesadilla. I saw the person prepare it and was thinking that can not be mine. I’m definitely not planning on coming back here. Any combo is over $10, and I can get better quality and service for that price.
