Hasaki is hands down my favorite restaurant. If you’re looking for an incredible grill and sushi spot that does both hibachi and sushi right, this is the place. Like no BS. Best sushi in CLT.
Everything on this MF menu is consistently amazing. The food is always fresh, perfectly prepared, and you can genuinely tell it’s made with care. Every time I go, it feels like they put real love into the food and the experience.
What really makes Hasaki special and a must attend is the people. The staff are some of the friendliest and most attentive you’ll find anywhere. Amanda, Christian, Daniel, Milan, and Andy always go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. You can tell this is a family owned joint that truly cares about its customers.
It’s the kind of restaurant where you don’t just go for the food..you go for the hospitality, the warmth, and the feeling of comfort. And the food? Absolutely delicious and unmatched. Im droolin right now, no lie

I had such a great experience here and I do plan on coming back very soon. The food was a 100/10 and the service was phenomenal. Sushi was fresh and the spicy mayo was good too, drinks were PERFECT, my husband ordered from the hibachi menu and the amount of food he got was perfect, we had 2 nice gentlemen checking in on us every so often which was nice, staff was so polite, normal wait time for food was great, and the atmosphere was very chill laid back. They did have indoor and outdoor seating too. I loved it here. I WILL RETURN ‼️

Casual Japanese restaurant with excellent food. Don’t let the casual appearance fool you the food taste quite upscale! We ordered the vegetarian tempura, the Hasaki sushi roll, dragon roll, shrimp, tempura roll, & the chicken teriyaki plate. All of which were very delicious. I love the portion sizes and their serving presentation was on point. I would definitely come back. We were here on a business trip. For picky foodies, we were pleasantly impressed.

Just what I was in the mood for. Fresh, healthy ingredients and delicious taste. Casual place. Pretty large menu with lots of cooked and uncooked Sushi options. I don’t eat uncooked seafood so I ordered the vegetable dumplings and jumbo shrimp and chicken with rice and vegetables. Came with miso soup that was splendid. Perfect post workout meal. Service was super attentive. My server, Ethan, was great. He honored my request to put the Thursday Football Game on one of the televisions and then even moved me to a better seat so I could see the game better. Food was so good I came back again the next night. Only difference was my appetizer which was the squid salad. Delicious. Just as fabulous! So… if you’re looking for good Asian cuisine in a very casual place, look no further.

Yes Lawd, yes Lawd!!!! Deep fried Panther Roll uncut!!!! When I walked in the energy was a little off, but it all worked out in the end. Food was a amazing. Waitress was great.

I come here about once every two weeks and the sushi is always so good, fresh and delicious every time. The spider roll and panther roll are fantastic and never disappoint. Definitely my go-to sushi spot when I’m looking for high-quality sushi that’s also quick and convenient.

Used to love it here back in 2015. Came back tonight for a pregnancy craving and their service has really gone downhill. Never got to actually taste the food because of how poorly I was treated. Plus they got my order wrong. Will never be back.

I was a little bummed because they didn’t have fried ice cream. However, the disappointment ended there… I had a volcano roll, vegetable medley, and sweet tea. Everything was incredible. My daughters had the chicken and pork dumplings, teriyaki chicken with broccoli, and shrimp tempura rolls (one fried). Service was amazing as well. I will definitely be back for more!
