I had the immense pleasure of eating at this BK. When I visited, it was clean, my food was fresh and hot, the staff was courteous and kind, and overall I had a fantastic experience.
I know the bar tends to be low for fast food, but the people here are on their game and it’s genuinely great to see. I spoke with the GM Sharon for 15-20 mins, taking up her valuable time to extend an earnest compliment for what she had accomplished here. She credited hard work and the team that supports here. A great leader and a gem that I’m sure Burger King Corporate wishes they could clone.
I know it’s just fast food. I know it’s not that deep. But every once in a while the choices we make and the places we sit and eat aren’t just background noise. They’re a cut above the rest of the world’s expectations. That’s what happened here.
Thank you to Sharon and the team that helped me the other day. I genuinely can’t wait to be back.

If a customer asks 3 different times for BBQ sauce and STILL didn’t get it. I didn’t think I had to check my bag for barbecue sauce after asking for it three times ! We’ll never go back to that Burger King again Employee at drive thru was very rude Poor customer service

I was literally 1 minute late for breakfast they made it very clear that after 10:30 they don’t serve any of it even hash browns. Had to have two cars back up behind me just to get out. But I was late just not a good experience. If I didn’t have cars in front of me I would have made it in time. I think that should have been taken into account.

I simply asked the assistant manager Judy if it was whopper Wednesday today (on a Wednesday mind you) and she as RUDELY as she could she said NO. Asked her again she said NO, this time with even more RUDENESS in her tone. Asked her 3rd time she said “NO, only if you had BK the app, which is obviousto me and everyonewho eats there regularly. She then began speaking Spanish to her coworker making my whopper and I ended up with the nastiest uncooked, slopped together whopper i’ve ever seen in my life. Upon talking to the main MGR Kyle about the way the situation was handled, he just flipped it on me and stated “I was asking her the wrong question”. It was Wednesday and my simple question to Judy was “is it whopper Wednesday today”? Whoever reads this needs to ask that question everytime on a Wednesday until they answer YES as they should! Its free to he kind right? Never going back to that location again btw….

Had to disassemble and reassemble my own hamburger cause they wouldn’t simply add a impossible patty ( which i had to buy separately) instead of a regular patty so not only did I have to pay more but I also had to put it together myself

Don’t come through the drive thru unless you plan on waiting directly in front of the sun for nearly ten minutes straight. We barely moved. Start parking the cars with large orders this is so outrageous.

I eat out a lot as an HVAC technician. By choice of course. This branch of BK. Is the slowest. Non customer service oriented. No training having employees. I will not be returning to this location. As there is zero communication and teamwork between staff and themselves. As well as the waiting patrons. There are 2 cars in drive-through and 4 people in the lobby. Been waiting 35 minutes between ordering and getting my food.

The staff is really helpful at the counter. I ordered from my app, and received on time. Friendly and approachable people at this restaurant.
