Half my order was missing, finally get my order and the fries are old, stale and cold. My Filet-O-Fish was cold. They gave me a small fry instead of the large that I paid for. Absolutely disgusted with this food. It’s all cold and I can’t go back and have them fix it. They give you an attitude when you mention you’re missing items. They weren’t even busy, there was 2 cars in the drive-thru. Zero excuse for the food they served me. I can’t even get a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

The pm manager (big young Brazilian guy) has made the same mistake on my order 3 times in a row on my last 3 visits. I order 2 double cheeseburger and consistently get 2 single patties, I don’t know if he doesn’t speak English, or just doesn’t care but you need someone who can run a shift and understand the customers.

You should tell people you’re out of something before charging them for it? Seems like common sense, but they’ve done it to me twice now at this location. And then I have to sit there and wait for a refund instead of them simply not charging me in the first place.

I ordered my meal on the mobile app and when I got to the McDonald’s there were several calls ahead of me waiting in line when I got up to the speaker I was told that I needed to wait and I sat there for an additional 15 minutes seeing little to no movement being made with the cars ahead of me and several cars lining up behind me I canceled my order and I left I’m very disappointed in the lack of service the third shift at this McDonald’s is clearly not efficient I went to cross the street to Burger King for my meal they were happy to take my business.

This is a great McDonald’s. It still has a play place which is a dying breed and very nostalgic. Also the sink in the men’s bathroom actually gives you water! Not like most McDonald’s sinks straight out of a liberal’s fantasy that dispenses 1 gallon/year. The staff are very friendly. They accidently made two iced coffees even though I ordered one, and let me have the second! Oftentimes it would just get trashed. They are very loud at the drive-thru speaker so you can hear them too.

The young Hispanic guy waiting on customers and curbside has no business dealing with the public. Probably one of the rudest and unsociable employees I’ve encountered. Besides being puss face, he’s a poor at his job. The fries had no salt and I was never asked if I wanted any sauce with my nuggets.

I usually have decent experiences with McDonald’s and using the mobile order app but this staff has no idea what they are doing. I placed an order 15 min early for curbside and I arrived and waited another 35 min before going in to check on my one breakfast sandwich, hash brown, apple pie, and a coffee frappe. It was sitting right in there behind their tv screen in the kitchen. They acted like I had made a mistake and didn’t offer me any free food or reimbursement like other McDonald’s restaurants have. The food was cold and soggy and the frappe was melted. And guess what?? I didn’t get an apple pie as ordered and seen on the receipt. I got a bag of apple slices. That actually just made me crack up. Curbside is very easy. I won’t be hitting this location up again.

This place will make you pull into the drive through parking spots after ordering the most basic meals. I’ve waited almost 20 minutes for hashbrowns, and just sat for 10 minutes waiting on a 10 piece chicken nugget. This is an issue I haven’t experienced at any other location, there is clearly a management issue at the store level.
