I had a very unpleasant experience at this KFC location. The restaurant clearly needs serious attention, especially regarding hygiene and cleanliness.
Several tables were dirty with leftover food, and there was food scattered on the floor. The overall cleanliness of the dining area was far below acceptable standards.
What was even more concerning was water leaking from the ceiling, spreading into other areas of the restaurant. There were no yellow “caution” signs or cones placed to warn customers. I personally almost slipped and fell because of the water on the floor, which is a major safety hazard.
This location does not meet basic cleanliness or safety expectations. I hope management takes immediate action to address these issues, as they pose risks to customers and seriously damage the brand’s reputation.
Other than that, the wait time is super longer compared to other KFC locations -it took over 30min for my order- order#

There was a strong marijuana smell coming from inside as soon as the drive-through window opened. Customers were asked to park and wait, which defeats the purpose of using a drive-through for quick and convenient service. After waiting for an extended period of time and being told it would be several more minutes, it became clear that the delay was longer than expected.
The strong marijuana odor was the most concerning part of the experience. Employees should not be smoking or exposing customers to marijuana smell while working in a food service environment. Due to these concerns, the order was not picked up.

As a food distributor with a degree in food science, I do not post bad reviews lightly. However, I firmly believe in helping others avoid disaster to save stress. I walked into this establishment in good faith. I was totally ignored for 9 minutes, so i used the drive thru. I placed a simple 2pcs order and received a totally different meal. I asked to speak to the manager 4 times, but was denied access. The kitchen area was unkempt, the staff was very rude, and the chicken was also overcooked. The bathroom was nasty, though I just wanted to wash my hands. I would avoid this business like a plague. I was treated very poorly just because i wanted to support this place. If i could give them zero stars, I would! Real talk, no exaggeration! ZERO STARS!!!!!!!

Chicken bones in the twister wrap!?! Our $70 order was totally wrong. Missing items. Twister wrap had boned chicken leg in it rather than a tender!?!? 12 nugget box contained 6 nuggets. 3 large fries missing from order. The staff could not care less. They locked the doors so walk in customers could not enter. Just messing around in the back. VOID at all costs. The franchise owner needs to be more involved, team there are just running it down.

The drive through system.was out of order so I had to go in to order. No problem. They gave us a couple cookies instead of the sodas per our request…my problem is with the tiny portions. Everything is smaller except for the price, which has increased. The breasts are half the normal size and the drumstick looked like a chicken wing size i stead of a regular drumstick. Wth KFC? I won’t be back. $18 for this?

Once in awhile I come here for some food for to go, as far as food goes, I have never complained. It just as good as it gets. Location itself I would consider pretty dirty. Some wiped tables were just as dirty as the ones that haven’t been cleaned. Their soda also tastes odd.

Been there twice and when order food it gets messed up. You ask for half and half crispy and regular you get regular. The wings and legs are so tiny my little dog’s and chickens legs are bigger then what they gave me. Chicken was also not cooked all the way. I hope you get better

Ordered my food online and put that I was going to pick up at 5pm. When I got there, store was NOT busy. I walk in, ON TIME, my order is not ready. I waited 35 minutes for my food. While I was waiting, did not get offered a beverage as like a, “hey sorry for making you wait”, which like come on, that’s the least they could offer. 35 minutes for a bucket of 16 piece family meal and a tender bucket, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, and biscuits. Mind you, I ordered well in advance. Not even understaffed either, there were quite a few people there, which was very surprising.
