I was not very happy with the food we got 2 double cheeseburgers.
And 2 of them, we’re supposed to be triple bacon, cheeseburgers.
We got them on bread. Where’s the burger bun?
I didn’t think burgers came on bread, not happy it was not worth my money.

Extremely disappointed in our meal. We ordered boneless wings and im telling you, they were horrible. I would have rather went to kroger and cooked frozen wings for the $65 dollars it cost us. The manager tried to make it right and order us a new batch but they came out even worse. Left the entire meal behind. The bartender in training was great. The boneless wings; absolutely terrible. Super upsetting.

04/08 late night party of 5. Took 1 hour to get our food. Restaurant was nearly empty. My beer cheese steak sandwich thing was cold. Fried pickles meh. Everyone else was just ok. Waitress offered to have it remade. I declined and the manger did take the sandwich off the bill. Bright spot was the waitress and i.told her to build her confidence. Cold food and slow service not her fault. Pictures attached.

Probably the worst restaurant in the area. Had an order to go, waited 20 min after the food was supposed to be ready, just for them to forget 4 items, went back, waited another 5 just for them to forget 2 things again and gave me the wrong food, went to the restroom and it was worse than a gas station in the middle of the desert. The food was stale and dry, and the place wasn’t even full for them to be slow.

Got a take out order of regular and boneless wings with potato wedges, tater tots and mozzarella sticks, everything was great, even with the 20+ minute drive home. The containers they use keep your fries, tots and mozzarella sticks crispy which is usually a problem with take out but these stayed warm and crispy not soggy at all.

Don’t order the food for delivery. If you must order it, pick up is the best option so you can check personally. The only consistency is missing food. The food itself, the ones that actually get delivered, is decent enough.

New management is straight trash. They wouldn’t let me place an online order that was 20 bucks for the bundle of chicken and fries. They said they wouldn’t honor the online order and had me pay full price for an order I tried to place online due to new managements rules?? Already a bad start for the new management. So, here we are again… I always give ANY business the “benefit of the doubt” and I’ll actually continue to give them my business at least 3 times before I rule them out.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but there are definitely exceptions to the rule:
– I’ve been to this particular Buffalo wild wings a total of five times in the last 18 months.
-Each and every time there has been something that bothered me. I challenge you to look at my reviews – I do not bad mouth people.
– this particular trip, we ordered about $75 for the food over the phone. They called me when the food was supposed to be ready for pickup and said they did not have the sauce we had requested in our order. Okay, no big deal. Very polite and we decided to pick a different sauce.
I would have never posted this and I promise I’ve never posted for the same facility twice:
The salt and vinegar dry rub may as well be non-existent. I did not taste any vinegar
But, that was not what bothered me… My wings; which were incredibly small, still had feathers on them.
***Edited because I calmed down after a few days. All told, it was still a decent meal. I just had higher hopes.
