The owner of this location is a kind-hearted wonderful human being. She takes pride in her work, always friendly, high energy, and constantly going above and beyond. She runs an efficient restaurant and her employees reap the benefits of such a well-run business. The employees almost always seem happy to help with anything you might need. I ordered my usual order (bacon cheeseburger with extra mayo) and realized I left my wallet in my other pair of scrubs at the hospital. The owner (I think Barbara is her name) was incredibly understanding and didn’t miss a beat in helping me with my embarrassing situation. I have one more year left in Wichita before I finish residency and I am going to be using this Wendy’s location exclusively for my fast food dining needs. Her excellent service, combined with going above and beyond without even the slightest hesitation, has easily earned her my loyalty. If I was still working a fast food worker, I would happily have her as a boss. Would highly recommend this Wendy’s to anyone

all my life, I thought upsizing the meal had to be asked for. Yesterday I spent $10 more than planned because my meals were upsized without asking. It’s a tough time for many financially and I was excited to be able to treat myself and some friends to some fast food. I’m deeply disappointed by my experience yesterday and it serves as a reminder of why I wanted to lessen my fast food intake anyway :/

I got two breakfast sausage and egg croissants.. they were not very warm. The sausage was extremely overcooked the croissants were crumbling into pieces every time I touched them and even the egg was flat and kind of tasteless… I normally never go to Wendy’s but I had a coupon.. All I ordered was a burger, 8 nuggets, and some fries. They had me wait over 5 minutes for the nuggets and must have stored the burger and fries in the fridge as they were colder than Room temperature. I can’t even recommend a decent Wendy’s near by ,they are all terrible in one way or another.

I have had nothing but good experiences here at this Wendy’s everyone is patient with my hearing issues. Any issues I have get fixed really fast, and a few of the workers, like Emily, always make sure to bring me my food. When walking extra for me can cause a lot of pain, I’m really thankful for the service.

Stopped by for breakfast on the way to work, they did not provide me a receipt, and only got half the order right. The chicken tasted old and was rock hard. The only thing they didn’t mess up was the orange juice because its bottled.

I ordered the $5 Bag and it was a confusion with the cashier as to whether it was the special. I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for the meal, yet i was one of only two people in the entire dining space. The only thing FRESH was the fries and the cheese burger was NOT freshly made and the chicken nuggets were cold and dry. Plus, I had a surpy drink to wash it all down!!
