My empanadas were rock hard and one of them was hallow. I had already gotten home home before I figured it out. I have attempted to call to see if I can come back tomorrow for another one. These are not edible. Im not sure if it’s fair to give a one star because the rest of the food was your average taco bell food.

Staff is hostile.. I’ve worked at taco bell as a shift manager before and I would be appalled to know this is my staff’s attitude. They left food out of our order(not the first time) they took my food bag back to check. And then DUMPED all the toppings out of my double stacked taco.. they almost always have a bad attitude when you ask them to make their wrongs right. There’s no reason you should be asking me to come inside for my order YOU messed up. The attitude and quality is so poor. Will always be going to the one on US1 now.

Every time I come to this specific Taco Bell, it’s either always forgetting something, food is wrong, or attitudes. Tonight I got all 3. The girl on the mic was the only one that was decent. The ones making the food were disrespectful. They weren’t busy. No line. I asked for everything I asked for. Extra sour cream. All the sauces etc. I was missing one taco. I go in and the cooks saying they ain’t making this and that. All attitudes. It’s one taco. Why would I lie about one taco on a $50 order? lol. Got home and no extra sour cream or no sauce. It’s always impossible for things to go right here. I’d rather drive a little further to a different location than to deal with all the rudeness

Took entirely too long to place a order and the line wasn’t even long like 1 or 2 cars ahead of me.. and it’s like that often. Thats why I just go to the taco spot off riverside every chance I get. Then when u doo finally order they tax you and then skimp you on the food. EVERYTIME. I’d say find a different taco spot. Shiddd the food truck up the street taste better and we aint gotta wait 20 minutes per car. Its ridiculous. But the food was so delicious since I love tacos and they easy. It dont take all day to prepare. U come out better making them at home honestly. As much meat as you need all the toppings and left overs.

WORST EVER!! Ordered a (chicken) chalupa combo, one chalupa is missing and the one I received only had meat and sour cream, the crunchy taco is soggy, has no meat only beans lettuce and cheese that’s small & looks old all broken up. And everything is cold cold. No sauce was even placed in the bag. The only thing that came correct was the drink, not to mention how long the order took. This restaurant always messing things up and need to be taken off #doordash ….this food is very unacceptable and garbage!! And the one that’s wrong DONT EVEN HAVE CHICKEN!!!

The only problem I had was when I looked on the front door for the open time it said 10am. Then my friend looked on line and found the drive through was open. This information should have been on the front door. Also no other car went to the drive through for us to get a clue. All in all everything was great.

This stores staff is incompetent at making 3 simple plain meat and cheese taco’s then want to get an attitude at me for being given the wrong order twice. (Once through the drive thru and once when I had to go inside fix the original order). You guys don’t listen and talk over while trying to place orders. You make people drive around the building multiple times when nobody is behind you and just throw garbage together and call it good. Do BETTER or shut down and make room for more quality food and service

Update 11/6/25 The food is still great but I went to scan my receipt but it said someone else already scanned it. I called Taco Bell corporate but they couldn’t tell me who scanned my receipt. They gave me the reward points but I would really like to know who scanned it. Make sure you order in the app or scan your receipt right away!!!! The workers were slammed but remained calm and respectful. Food was fresh to order. The drive thru was wrapped around the building and lobby was full but they hustled and cleared it out by the time I left. Overall the wait was a little long but they apologized and the food was correct. They even put napkins in the bag! Also something must be wrong with their app because I ordered at 8:37pm and it said the food would be ready by 8:40 which I think is unrealistic for a party pack.

I stood inside the Taco Bell on Lem Turner near the 95 interstate. No creating by the workers and after standing there for 3 to 4 minutes I finally asked is someone going to take my order? The young lady finally asked me to go online and put in my order. I said no I’m standing right here. So she replied well it will be a while before we take your order. This is outrageous. If they do not want walk in customers why don’t they just lock the door and inform us to go to the drive through. I just wanted to order my food and sit inside. I will NEVER ship at this Sorry-Poor location again. The people deserve better service.

I just got back home from BK because the very skinny girl at Taco Bell felt like she could waste my time and have me sitting at the intercom indefinitely.. and kept saying “1 second” I pulled up to the window, no other cars in the drive-thru, the skinny girl says that she told me 1 second and they have a large order. I advised her I only want to order 1 item. She had zero interest in finalizing my order.. instead she says “1 second” and proceeded to close the window and walk away. I drove off and will Never go there again. The experience has me feeling very disrespected and Not When I’m Spending my Money.. and have soooo. Many other Choices.
