My first time coming to this restaurant and not only was the food amazing but the ambiance was also amazing! The cash register lady was phenomenal and very courteous with me and my son. She was also very helpful with recommendations for food. And the place is 100% in their sanitation audit. What is more important is that you feel the love by which they cook the meals. If you are hungry and in the area, and want something different and delicious, come here to satisfy your hunger. You will definitely be back just like I will! They gained me as a customer!

I love this place. We ordered from here ALOT! I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with their pricing. We ordered 1 lb of crawfish along with other items. When we opened the bag to dump the food out. Picture below is the ” lb” of crawfish that we paid for.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been here, but The Juicy Crab is officially my “safe space” for seafood. If you’re a regular like me, you know the drill: bib on, phone put away, and prepare to get messy.
Why I keep coming back:
• The Sauce is Boss: I always go for the “Juicy Special” (the blend of all seasonings) at a medium spice level. It’s perfectly balanced—garlic-heavy, buttery, and just enough kick to keep things interesting without ruining your palate.
• Consistency: The snow crab legs are never overcooked or rubbery, and the shrimp always has that perfect “snap.”
• The Vibe: The staff here usually recognizes the regulars, and even when they’re slammed on a Friday night, the service is upbeat and fast.
Pro-Tip: Don’t skip the extra corn and potatoes. They soak up the sauce at the bottom of the bag better than anything else!
If you’re in Fayetteville and haven’t hit this spot yet, you’re doing it wrong. Just make sure you bring your appetite (and maybe some hand sanitizer for the car ride home).

10/10 experience. The food was so delicious, much better than other seafood boil places in town. The seasoning was delicious. For rice and half lb shrimp, I paid $14 which was the perfect size for me! No complaints, whatsoever. I accidentally left one of my sides at the store before leaving and they called me back and offered to give me store credit for future orders. Very pleasant experience

Perfection! We were a group of 5. We ordered the Big Deal with snow crab, 3lbs of shrimp with potatoes corn and sausage. We added 1lb of Dungeons crab and it was more than enough. Get the Juicy Crab house special seasoning!

The food is great hands down, but they need a better system for thr customers who are only there to pick up their order that they ordered online. When I went to pick up my order that I payed for online through GH I had to wait ✋ a hour in line just to get my food. My food was no longer hot. It was so crowded, they need a better system.
