I called the restaurant to complain about my purchase last night. the only dish I have ordered since being a patron of elparrel for many years I spoke with the lead in charge last night he said the manager isn’t here ma’am but don’t worry we will make it right so I call today the manager spoke with me pretend to be cordial and says he will remake my food. Once I get there, he greet me in front of other patrons open the returned food and begin to pick through the food and says nothing is wrong with this food and has an attitude. They hand me my remade food once I get home I opened my food the first thing I see on my sour cream is that of which looks like a pubic hair i was disgusted and very disappointed when I called the manager to say there was a piece of pubic hair in my food he says we do our very best “no the heck you didn’t and I don’t appreciate it” “he says come and get your money since we cant get your food right” I am totally disgusted

Overall food is the best part. We come here often. But each time and just about every time no one ever comes to check on us and we just sit and wait in hopes that someone will at least give us a check. We went today and our waitress was nice but once we got our food we never saw her again. So I never got a refill. There was only 2 soft tacos where my husband had 3, and finally after over 15 minutes we just asked Random waitress to get our check.

Hello audience it is me Andrew lamb back at again with another awesome review.!! We’re in Northern North Carolina for an ultimate frisbee tournament we had just finished day one of our tournament we wanted to have a celebratory team dinner as we perform well day one and well we decided to pick El Parral to have fun with our brothers for one last time. As soon as you walked in we were met with the smiling faces and smiling eyes of the waitresses and Waiters they eagerly greeted us to our seats and it culminated our large group of over 20 people. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as a TV was playing the lighting was amazing and we loved all the decor. Sometimes I remember back to my childhood when everything was perfect and there was no stress and I could just enjoy and be happy and eat my food this establishment brought me back to those days. If I lived here I would come back to this location over and over again as his franchise has met and exceeded my expectations in terms of the food and the service. I ordered the Pollo con chorizo. It was very filling and satisfying I would definitely recommend in order it again. Thanks for reading my review and your lam signing off for the night I highly recommend this establishment to any Mexican food lovers and those who like to partake in a breathtaking experience.

Very very unhappy !!!! The food was great and service but when we went to pay , the guy at the register said “ if you don’t like the waitress, you can ask for another one , because you seem not to like to tip “ . I tip every time .. and after he said that I pulled out more cash to tip and hand it to him and he reply’s “ I don’t want to touch your money “ ! Very very unprofessional, you lost us .. we use to come here twice a week and spend almost 50 dollars every time we came .. I do not like the attitude with the manager and he embarrassed my wife very bad as there were people behind us ready to pay as he said this.. I will be getting in touch with corporate and owners about this .. you will not embarrass my wife like that ever ever again !!!!!
