This is not normal fast-food service — this is above and beyond. Kayla and the night crew stepped up when an order was stolen during my DoorDash delivery. Without hesitation, they remade the food to protect the customer experience and made sure everything worked out. Their kindness literally made the difference between a bad night and a great one for both me and the customer. Leadership should be incredibly proud of this team.

VERY nice in person but They mess my door dash order literally EVERY TIME. I must have wasted close to $50 in missing food and drinks and then gas to go get my kids missing food from this location. They always are happy to fix it – very clean store but it’s every single order and it doesn’t get better. They don’t care about getting door dash right

They should change the close time to 12:30 because seeing cars in front of and then telling me that their system is down so they can’t take my order is ridiculous. It wasn’t like I was 10 minutes before close I was 30. Either changed your closing time or don’t lie to people.

Shout out night crew! Our dasher threw our food at the employees and came to our house with no food so he could finish the order and take the tip. After all that they remade our food and didn’t make us pay again. So nice! Thank you night crew!

Took more than 40 minutes to get my food when I ordered through the kiosk, but people in the drive through and register got it within 5-10 minutes. They also mixed up my Doritos locos taco with a normal taco. Employees were sassy and didn’t smile once. Don’t come here, it’s not worth your time or energy :/

We eat here about one or twice per month. They usually get the order correct, though sometimes we get an extra item we didn’t order. Food is always made good, hot, and presented well. Service is ALWAYS kind and friendly, plus they speak loud and clear. I really appreciate the staff at this location. They do a great job when I’ve had a long day and don’t have the energy to make dinner.

Everything we ordered was cold and felt like we were being served yesterday’s food. My partner got two chicken gorditas and there was zero chicken on either of his. It was a gorditas with lettuce, sour cream, and tomatoes. We don’t really ever eat here and where happy to be near one to enjoy a late night snack. Disappointed, frustrated, and still hungry. Skip it if you have the option, go to Jack in the Box up the street.
