I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs corporate’s attention. Every time I visit the McDonald’s at [insert location], I specifically order a Big Mac with light Mac sauce and no onions. I remind the staff at the order screen, the first window, and again at the pickup window. Despite this, my order is consistently made incorrectly.
Today, I had no time to return because of my demanding job, and once again my sandwich was drenched in sauce and poorly made (photo attached). This has happened multiple times, and it is extremely frustrating to pay for food I cannot eat.
This is not just about one order — it’s about repeated failure and a lack of accountability. Customers should be able to trust that their orders will be prepared as requested. I urge corporate to address this issue with management and staff at this location so customers like myself can receive the service McDonald’s is known for.

I was here at 4am & was told that it was cash only I’ve never been told that by a McDonalds ever & this is the 3rd time pulling up. So if this is the service you are losing money late nights cash is not carried much from My understanding but if this is how you run business shame on you & this is for the McDonald’s close by some banks aren’t in the area to just go pick cash up plus food not fresh during the day if not requested

Oreo blizzard was just hard Oreo crust crumbles on top.. not even mixed it. Sure if they cleaned the machine and didn’t want to make more just say that and I won’t order it and be diss appointed. Also why not give ketchup to people who order fries? I do enjoy ketchup with fries and even a little to dip a burger in. They never give them and if I ask they are stingy. It’s sad and that’s why I hardly choose McDonald’s.

This place ripped me off and stole 54 dollars from me. The mobile app let people order from them when the store was closed. We ordered a pick up, went to the store and no one was there. Didnt get food but had 54 bucks taken from my account. It’s been a week and no refund or actions from McDonald’s to even think about getting me a refund.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered through the app for table service, and when the food was delivered, the lady staff placed the tray down rudely without a smile or any expression, then walked off.
My order was also missing the honey mustard and ranch sauces that I had included in my order. When I went to the counter to ask for the sauces, the staff member handed them to me with attitude, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all.
This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location. I really hope management looks into this. I do not recommend coming to this McDonald’s.

Been coming here since January since me and many of my coworkers have our lunches here since it’s quick. Just now after confirming my order and getting my receipt, the guy at the window asked me to “Spell Trump”. Really weird and unprovoked behavior on his end given today’s climate.

Overall it’s a good place to get food, but the french fries have no flavor. Went to get a Gold Deluxe McCrispy Chicken sandwich. The chicken wasn’t tender. It was so chewy in the middle, like tendons. The gold sauce is alright, not my favorite.
