I get home, excited to order my Taco Bell Cantina Chicken Taco combo. That’s two tacos, nachos, and a drink. I order on Uber Eats and put: no purple lettuce, no avocado sauce, and no lettuce.
I get my order… and what do I see?
All of the above.
The next day, the man—me—decides, “Hmm, let’s try again. Maybe it was a rough day for someone.”
By the way, I’m allergic to the purple lettuce.
I order again tonight. Same instructions. And… well, look what happens.
Same thing.
No tacos for two nights.
I don’t understand. A man just wants cheese chicken tacos. A man didn’t eat two nights in a row and I am upset to say the least.

The workers were nice but it was the worst chalupa I ever got, took one bite and it tasted spoiled. They were busy but this is a quality issue, fast food is too expensive now for this. Also my famous bowl had 3 small pieces of chicken.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Taco Bell on Ridge Rd. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly rude and slow. When I politely asked the employee at the drive-thru to read the menu, I was met with an attitude and told that I should have read the sign and that they were short-staffed. My request to have my order reread was disregarded, and when I went to pay inside after the window was shut in my face, the manager showed no empathy or respect. Instead, I was told that I was in the wrong and accused of yelling. As a black woman, being told I was yelling felt incredibly insensitive and inappropriate. To make matters worse, they then threatened to call the police on me. They also stated that they couldn’t be racist because they hire black people.

I have this entire encounter on video and am morally upset by the way I was treated. I simply wanted to get food for my children, but the employees at this Taco Bell displayed a complete lack of respect for customers. This experience has deeply affected me, and I hope that Taco Bell takes action to address the behavior of their staff and ensure that no one else has to endure such disrespectful treatment.

First of all, they must not be paying their employees because there is no was. I ordered a Baja blast and they gave me a full cup of Mountain Dew. They never tried to contact me and ask if they could change it or anything. My food was poorly made. The portions of the tacos was practically invisible. And the quesadillas was poorly cut. They might as well have just given me a cold tortilla wrap for both my quesadilla and a taco. They also wrapped up my food with a KFC paper in plastic bag and a KFC plastic cup.

KFC: The first day I went my order was correct. It was so delicious but didn’t seem to have the same great spicy taste it used to. On my return visit the next day the girl was speaking very quiet and fast I was given the wrong side of potatoes and gravy which I very much dislike and was given a chocolate mini cake instead of lemon which I gave away. Do not like chocolate. I think there should be a menu screen before you pull up to the speaker so you have enough time to see what you want.

I’d leave a 0* review if I could.

I stopped here for lunch with my family while on a road trip. They screwed up the original order and then screwed up the replacement even worse.

When I went to complain an employee named Natasha came out from the back. She was belligerently yelling and swearing, saying that the food they made was normal and edible. Pictures are attached for everybody to form their own opinion on the quality of the food.

I ended up throwing it all out and going elsewhere.

EDIT: I forgot to edit this earlier – I initiated a chargeback and send photos of the “food” to my credit card company. I got all of my money back. I highly recommend others do the same.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The food was prepared in an extremely rushed manner, lacking any care or attention. The first order was so poorly served that I had to return it, but unfortunately, the second attempt was no better. The presentation and quality were both unacceptable, and the overall service was very frustrating. It’s clear there was no effort to provide a decent customer experience. This was a very unpleasant visit, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to others.

I don’t like to be a Karen. But I’m in shark week and really wanted Taco Bell. We went and waited in parking lot for 10 mins for our food for it to look just like this. I have not even a full scoop of meat and it was mostly lettuce and tomato’s with a sprinkle of cheese. The manager needs to get there poop in check

Had enough bad experiences at this location that this most recent trip will be my last. Not a single car there when I arrived. No exterior lights on. I pull up, they take my order, and then ask me to pull into the parking lot. Seems odd given nobody else is there. More cars start coming through. After not too long, there are a good amount of us waiting. I give it 15 mins before I finally walk in. Girl at the front register is clueless. Original girl from drive thru comes out with multiple bags, but no idea which order is which. I eventually get my food and confirm that the items are all there. Finally get back, only to find out that they burnt the food to the point that it’s inedible. Can’t remember the last time I left a review, but I had to let these people know how much they suck at their job. I know it will show they’re clearing cars quickly, all while they have people waiting an eternity to get their food. It went from prioritizing the drive thru over the counter. Now it’s prioritizing online ordering over both. I don’t know how we got here. I just wanted a taco. I will have to settle for overpriced Mighty.
