Worst experience of my life most horrible people I’ve ever encountered in my 21 years of living.
Our experience was extremely disappointing. After returning a single small shrimp roll, we were oddly instructed to finish all of our dishes. Even after we complied and completed our meals, the staff repeatedly walked past our table, at least six times without clearing our plates, checking on us, or offering further service. We were essentially ignored and left sitting there with no attention whatsoever, eventually having to leave on our own. We remained polite the entire time, but that courtesy was clearly not returned. This level of service is unacceptable and left a very poor impression.

The place was beautiful both in terms of design and overall energy. The food was not only very delicious but also diverse. In addition, the prices were not very high. The colorful design of the place creates a very pleasant atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helped us a lot. I can definitely say that it’s a restaurant with a highly diverse kitchen.

Such a cute little place. We found it while walking to find gelato. They have a great price for their all you can eat sushi. In America, it is so expensive but at this spot we found a place to eat to our heart’s content. We even came back a second time. Also, the music there is gentle and relaxing after a long day. I absolutely loved it there!!

My favourite sushi place in Florence. Great fresh sushi and very nice personnel. Great options also for vegetarians on the new menu. The new location offers more space and is more beautiful. The ‘all you can eat’ option is always a good choice!

Disgusting and stay away! We ordered two sushi rolls and they were so bad that we couldn’t eat it. We ordered more and the waitress refused to give us more food and asked to finish the two freaking rolls eventhough we protested we couldn’t eat it (look at pictures). I told her we as a couple eat super less and have barely ordered anything but she didn’t let us order. Nowhere it mentioned I am supposed to finish everything before I order more. We left hungry and paid entirety of the lunch buffet. Don’t know how this business is still in place. Ridiculous and disgusting!

Great food with a lot of options. We did takeaway but the restaurant is gorgeous and spacious, not at all cramped. Rice does not automatically come as a side, so be sure to add that. Prices were outstanding, especially for the quality of food, location, and ambiance.
