Food’s great. Service is great. The bar could use different lighting though. The lights overtop of the bar are so white and bright you feel like you’re on stage of a play. Deer in the headlights feeling. Would be way more comfy cozy with some warm, sepia toned lighting. Would increase business as it already has a nice local bar feel, minus the deterrent of the lights.

I am very disappointed in this location. One of my favorite sandwiches to get is the classic chicken sandwich. Can’t go wrong with it. Yet someone gave me the wrong one. I was missing multiple items from the to go order i placed. Side of Mac n cheese, large fries with lemon pepper, and the tater tots to my meal.

Stopped in for some wings the other night and overall had a pretty good experience. The wings were cooked well — crispy on the outside and tender inside. I tried a few different sauces, and most of them had great flavor, though one was a bit saltier than I’d prefer. The service was friendly and the food came out fairly quickly even though it was a busy evening. The atmosphere was lively with plenty of TVs showing sports, which made it a fun place to hang out for a bit. Prices were about what you’d expect for a casual dining spot. Overall, a solid place for wings and a relaxed night out.

I frequent this location and while the staff are very friendly and helpful, my orders are regularly done wrong. I always get the same mushroom + swiss burger without mayo and honey mustard, and 75% of the time I’ve had to take my food back to get a new burger because it was made wrong. A few months ago I ordered my usual burger and a layer of bacon was on it—I don’t eat pork whatsoever and would have never ordered it that way. Each time I’ve complained the staff was apologetic and replaced my food right away, but I’m not sure why they keep messing up my very simple order. Today, I ordered the same burger and it had mustard all over it, despite my receipt saying no mayo or mustard. I decided to just eat it today because I needed to eat something, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. 🙁

Went here last weekend with a couple friends to grab some wings and a beer. The place had a nice, casual vibe and the staff was pretty friendly. We tried a few different sauces — the honey BBQ and buffalo were my favorites, both had good flavor without being too spicy. The wings were cooked well, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Prices were fair for the portion size too. Only thing is it got a bit noisy when it got busy, but that’s kinda expected. Overall, good spot if you’re craving wings and want to relax with friends.

Let’s start with the positive. Clean and empty. That’s all I got for positives. The service was absolute garbage. What was even worse, was the excuse management attempted to give for their below lack luster type service. As pictured, establishment was barely 1/2 full but that was “busy”. 30mins to order food, 30mins to get us our bills as we watched management give his own family at a table 5 star service while our server elected to randomly clean tables as if we didn’t exist. The lack of prioritization was astonishing. After finally getting our food, orders were incorrect and food was lack luster. After seeing the behavior of management, I’m not even surprised at the servers inabilities. We remained kind and refrained from making a scene which would have been fully justified. Y’all looked like clowns!

We came to watch the IU vs Miami championship game with 2 other couples. It was not a busy evening and there were several servers working. Our waitress, Kiley was less than stellar. We had to flag her down several times for beverage refills. Also, she was very slow to remove our empty glasses when giving us new beverages so we had way too many dirty glasses on our table. Someone should teach her that you always clear empty glasses especially when you are replacing them with full beverages. BW you need more training fir your servers.

Unfortunately, we were less than thrilled with our experience with this BWW location. We placed a pick-up order online this weekend around 6pm, for a pick-up around 7p.
Pros:
-Folks at the pick up and on the phone were helpful and kind. They sought to provide service and/or solve our issue quickly.
-We ordered lots of different things, and each of the wings or cauliflower wings came separately packaged and clearly labeled with what sauce or type of wing they were. Win!
Cons:
-We ordered some blue cheese and some ranch for our sauces, but got all blue cheese. They’re both white sauces, and it’s easy to mix up. We chalked this up to human error and moved on.
-We ordered one of the meal deals specifically because it came with large fries. We did not get any large fries. By the time we realized this, we were already home and not willing to drive 10miles back. We called BWW, and they were helpful – verified a few details and then said I’d get a refund in a couple of days. OK, fine. We let this go, too.
-One of the cauliflower wings orders we got came sauceless. The package correctly listed what kind of sauce we wanted, but the wings were just fried cauliflower w/o sauce….that was really sucky. We paid for something, and it would have been nice to get it. By now, we just wanted to eat and weren’t going to call back to report yet another issue, but come on..
Getting BWW is a treat for us, so the experience was very disappointing. We had already tipped ahead on the online order, but would have deducted some if we could due to the experience. We will not be going back to this location.

Was the food incredible? No, but it’s a Bdubs guys. Anyone ripping the food had unrealistic expectations. You should know what you’re getting when you go here, it was exactly as I expected.
