First the manager and staff are nice. But is it me or are the portions getting super small.
I got the half portion of the green goddess and it is literally half of what it used to be and the price is over $10. This is the size of a side salad. The picture shows it’s filled up to the halfway point of a half salf.
Not sure if this is a corporate thing. I started noticing it in other restaurants as well. But this isn’t right. I understand prices are going up, but don’t deceive people with giving them less and saying it’s been that way for years, when I know it’s not.

The portions were appropriate, lacked the taste desired due to running out of regular salad dressing but ok on this trip. Most times spot on! I would return because I really like their service. They have great customer service and made me aware of the missing dressing but I chose to give the vinegerette a try anyway. I always appreciate a heads up when placing my order. My previous visit was excellent.
The café is warm and I enjoy getting work done there. It’s always lean and calm.

I definitely agree with others. This Panera is NOT clean. My sandwich still tasted good, but once I sat down to eat it, I started looking around… the walls were dirty, there were crumbs and trash all over the floors. If they’re willing to let you see that in the front, what must the kitchen look like?! For this reason, I’ve only stopped here three times and try to go to other locations instead. They really need to give this place some TLC. That being said, the young lady taking my order was very nice and attentive, and I received my food in a reasonable amount of time, but it also wasn’t the busiest time. Please clean this place!

The sandwiches are like what you’d make at home if you were wealthy and maybe also a chef! The new tikka masala soup is phenomenal, but all their soups are tasty so you can’t go wrong! We’ve eaten at this location several times recently because it’s the closest to our business and every time has been excellent. We had an item forgotten in our last order and the staff was so nice when I came back (two hours later because we were busy at our shop). There was no weirdness about me waiting so long to come back and they very kindly gave us a delicious kitchen sink cookie because our order wasn’t right. If you want a homemade soup and sandwich but better with amazing service, this is the place for you!

The chairs are small it’s very cramped need a code for the bathroom and and if of the doors stays locked for entry. But kind employees and food doesn’t disappoint from the Panera brand

I love this Panera location! Service is friendly and on point from the front of house to the back of house when you pick up your food. Staff is great and helpful. Food is always solid and if I get a sandwich, I usually ask for it to be toasted. Im super into their brown rice teriyaki chicken warm bowls, roasted Turkey BLT sandwiches and Greek goddess salads. The elote soup has also been super good. It’s a regular spot for us for work lunches. I would recommend!

i received excellent customer service from the guy at the front counter during breakfast today. i wasn’t able to catch his name but he had his hair braided or in small dreads under his hat. he helped me decide on what to have for breakfast (chicken avocado wrap) and also suggested to grab a cinnamon roll. i was pleased as both of the food items were actually delicious.
