We got there at 5:33 pm. Only car at the drive thru at this point. At 5:59 we finally got our food. We ordered A sprite and coke zero, got two sprites which tastes like bleach water. Then we got a grilled cheese bacon sandwich and a regular bacon cheeseburger. We got two grilled cheese bacon sandwiches. The fries were so oversalted we couldn’t eat them. My question is, how did y’all almost take a whole half hour and still mess up like that. It’s not hard to read a screen. Also by the time we had to move forward there were 3-4 cars now all waiting. Do better, be better.

This place is a joke. I ordered a Sausage egg and cheese Croissant and I received a biscuit. Also the biscuits (ordered 2) were both burnt also the lady at the drive thru was extremely rude and over packed my bag. When I received my bag It split and spilled hash rounds all over my car and on me and caused the cinnamon and raisin biscuits to fall out. In which The lady then proceeded to slam the drive thru window shut and pretended I was not there. I think it’s time for a new staff.

I got the sandwich with no lettuce, tomato,..none of vegetables like the item supposed to have, the chicken was hard and dried, my fried was cold and hard like it been left on tables in a while. My tea had no flavor at all( the lady offered me if I wanted another drink, but I was in a rush, so it’s fine)

1 ~ something always wrong with order.
2 ~ everytime I order a Dr Pepper they give me a Deit drink. Have told them several times becareful. I am allergic to that type of artificial sweeteners.
3 ~ everything on menu is expensive has hell. $4 for a drink. Really. I have medical issues I stopped to use restroom it was a potty emergency. Has the lady was screaming you have to order 1st and they will not let you use the restroom until you order. Can’t wait for this one to close down alao

I was overcharged $6. When I went back to get my money the manager would not give it to me. She needs to learn the law that’s called stealing! Finally after about 20 min. I did get my money. Ended up talking to the franchise owner . The manager did not know anything about running a business. It cost more in gas and time than the $6 but I let them know they stole from the wrong person!

Bathroom smells as soon as you walk in the door.. doesn’t make for a pleasant experience. Blueberry biscuit was hard and frosting was globbed on my biscuit as an afterthought. Just not a pleasant experience. Though the people working there were nice.

The food is always fresh, I don’t mind waiting. But whoever is running drive thru always has an attitude, if you match her energy she does not like it. She passes the head set on. If that’s all it takes, possibly find a better option not in customer service/fast food. Or perhaps develop better customer service skills.

My chicken tenders was juicy and was fresh. Good sweet tea just the right amount of sugar. The fries was so good and the coleslaw was amazing. And the toast had the right amount of butter. Would recommend the tender plater was a perfect meal. And the customer service was excellent everyone was so nice and friendly.

By far the worst Hardees I’ve ever been in ordered a five piece chicken platter since they had two trays full of chicken on their hot bar. Thought it would be quick in and out 40 minutes later we got it after they forgot our order and we watched 20 people in front of us Get theirs.
