Ordered delivery and ordered brisket. 75% fat. So disappointed. Paid extra for brisket too. Didn’t send the drinks ordered. Not worth the money anymore. Used to be good.

Got budget busters brisket, little skimpy with the brisket, considering I got green beans and Korn, little more brisket to even that out would have been nice. Other than that , the service was good, and the food tasted fine. They need to start a military discount all year long.

Bone dry brisket brought back memories of my sister’s first attempts at pot roast. I have no idea why people trim every ounce of fat off a lean piece of meat! Sausage was ok. Baked Potatoes undercooked. Service was great until the minimum tip you can leave is 18%. I usually tip 25% for an average meal and 15% for below. This was definitely below average. Management was made aware of the bone dry meat. That didn’t change anything.

I was there with a large luncheon group. Food was fantastic, service was amazing. Couldn’t believe they were able to serve such a large group so quickly and food was hot. Reasonable price.

I had the Burnt Ends dinner plate to go. It’s bad when you say the fries were the best part of the meal. The Burnt Ends were hard and dry and barely chewable. The server was great. I would be hard pressed to try this location again. I’ve had this at other locations and it’s always good. Probably think twice before I try it again anytime soon.

We only ordered meat this time for carry out. It came in clumps and chunks of easily separated strands.but had more fat on it than I expected. We paid $36 with tax for 1# pork & 1/2 # brisket. When we’ve eaten inside it was really good, but this time there was very little flavor and I had to pick out the globe of fat and cut it up myself. The meat was very tender and the staff member who helped me was great!

Had lunch with a colleague of mine while visiting for work. The floors were super slippery and it was easy to fall. It wasn’t raining outside. So, I’m not sure why the floors were sweaty and slippery.

It wasn’t busy during the lunch time. So our food came out super fast. There were different sauces on the table to pick from. I tried a few of them and all of the sauces were amazing. The server was also friendly.

They need to send their employees, including the chef thru food safety classes to understand allergies. Nice people but had no clue what it really means to be gluten free or dairy free and how it can really hurt someone. If they were educated my experience would have been 100 x’s better for both their employee and me. I felt bad for employee she really tried.
