Employees were friendly and working very hard, however it took a while to get my order in and then took forever to get my order. Going from the time on mt receipt, it was 22 minutes. One lady ahead of me said she had been waiting 20 minutes before I got there and I got my food before she did. It seemed like drive-thru was getting total priority and dining room was an afterthought. When I did get my food, the burger was fine, but the fries had charred black crumbs all over them. At first I thought it was pepper ir seasoning, but no, it was burnt fragments of something that was in the fryer oil. Another customer complained about it and they told her they were all like that and there was nothing they could do about it. Change the oil in the fryers, maybe? The place was infested with gnats. Not just one or two, but there was a huge swarm around the drink station and ketchup dispenser. I found a seat at the other end around the corner and there were gnats around that end as well. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Wendy’s until now. I won’t be returning to this location. I hate to rate so low on the service since everyone seemed to be working and trying so hard to get the orders out, but it shouldn’t take so long to get served, those fries should have not been served like that, period! And someone had to have noticed the horrible gnat infestation long before it got as bad as it is now. Needs a health inspector ASAP.

All around terrible. I placed an order via mobile, and I arrived within 5 minutes of placing the order. I upgraded my fries to a large freiws no salt. Received an ice cold junior fry with salt. My chicken blt was cold, cheese not even melted. My nuggets were hard as a rock and ice cold. So I called, hoping on my way home from work later this evening they’d actually give me a hot meal THAT I CAN EAT THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR. Asked to speak to a manager, whoever was on the phone REFUSED to let me speak to a manager. Asked if I even had my receipt, when I informed her multiple times before it was a mobile order so yes I do. Wouldn’t give me her name or wouldn’t take mine. Would barely answer me, was to busy laughing with a worker. Im all around annoyed. Like I work for my money, just like you, I don’t like having to throw away food that I paid for, because it was cold. The only thing correct that I ordered was my frosty. Like come on you all. Do better. It wasn’t even busy. No one was there in the parking lot

I pulled to the drive thru for a spicy chicken sandwich and 4pc nugget. When I went to pay, I exhanged pleasantries with the woman taking my payment. That’s when she tells me she is decoding what laws to change. I asked her to explain and she said that she changed the laws so a President could be sued and now she was changing the law so a sitting president violating international law could be removed, immediately. I remarked “That’s not going to happen” and she became argumentative!
When I got to the lick up window, I told the mgr…who acted as if she didnt care. Her reply was “I’ll tell her.” As she kept shoving 3 bags of food in my car and a large drink.
After I got on the highway, I realized she gave me another customer’s order!

Tell me why i sat in line for over 20 minutes and then my chicken nuggets were neither spicy nor hot
French fries were soggy and cold
Workers were nice but this isn’t the first time I’ve been to the Wendy’s here and had this type of experience, it’s getting a bit ridiculous

The drive thru attendant was very rude. Took my sandwich order but didn’t let me complete my order before she told me the total. She acted like it was a chore to add the fries and drink. Needless to say my sandwich was made incorrectly and she was just as bad at the pick up window.

Purchased an order to go. Hamburger was fine. Glad I asked for a large fry as I’d hate to see how few fries would have been in a small. And no, the rest weren’t in the bottom of the bag. Prices going up AND less food? No thank you going forward.

Just left from Wendy’s on the strip. Worst service every. Walked into the lobby and was yelled at like we broke unto the place. Not sure if the lady was a manager or nit but she was most definitely the rudest person I have ever met especially if she us customer facing. A simple I’m sorry the lobby is closed would have helped but instead we get treated like we broke in the place. It’s not my fault she didn’t do her job and ensure the doors were secure. I’ll never be back and would definitely not recommend this place. Deserves a negative recommendation but no way of doing that on here. Very very poor customer service.

The interior is clean and well stocked.
Drive thru is usually quick as well.
