I almost never leave reviews of restaurants let alone a chain restaurants. I get off work late (2am) and decide to get the Bell before home. This location never fails so I didn’t mind waiting for them when the cashier told me from the start it would be a few minutes. I waited maybe 10 minutes and that cashier apologized every few minutes or so and kept me updated. It is Nov. 5 at 2am. That drive through cashier deserves a raise! Extraordinary customer service I will wait for at this location and my order is always correct. Good job

I think the workers name is Jaleel. Either way, I love this Taco Bell! I stopped eating Taco Bell for the longest time because everywhere I went the people were rude and the food was slapped together like they didn’t care. These people actually seem like they enjoy their job and it makes me eat Taco Bell way more often.

It wasn’t even busy, but I got a chicken quesadilla instead of a steak quesadilla. Usually this location is fairly reliable, but it’s annoying when it’s not even slammed and there’s a mistake with the order.

I just came through to grab a few tacos after work. In the past 5 years customer service has really declined in the food industry, but I was very impressed with the customer service Diana displayed on the headset and at the window. She was very friendly and patient.

I’ve worked worked near this location for years and between dealing with the rush hours of the day and their drive-through customer service, this Taco Bell location in particular is AWESOME. Was awful, I stood at the counter waited 5 minutes before finally someone acknowledged me and then I waited another 5 minutes to get the customer’s order I thought it was rude and very unprofessional I’m this happens at Lowe’s Taco Bell these days so I’m very disappointed I don’t think I’ll ever go back to that Taco Bell again. They can’t seem to get the order right if you modify it in any way. So check your food carefully before you leave. We order food with no tomatoes and they put them in there anyway and some they catch it and try to pick them off but still leave some behind. It’s really gross when they do that.

I know it can be silly to write about a fast food restaurant but this taco bell is literally so great every time i go there, it deserves to go noticed. Every time I come here my food is always right, i can’t recall how many different taco bell’s i go to and the food is always wrong or missing items. this taco bell never skimps on my portions either and my food is always fresh, i’ve never come here once and it been a bad experience. the couple times i have gone inside, the employees are always so nice and usually greet me right away if they aren’t busy. needless to say, this taco bell does truly have good service and good food for it being a fast food restaurant.
