The point of this review is to compliment the gentlemen that worked the drive thru today. I don’t see name on receipt but he was pleasant, down to earth, and natural which was nice for a change. He wasn’t being forced to recite verbiage like other chains and he wasn’t being passive either. He was very helpful with sauce info through the speaker and respectful and professional at window. The sandwich was amazing I don’t why this is my first time here. This is definitely my new go to for chicken sandwich. The other places have all become a disappointment.

Every time I visit this location my food is hot and ready! Store is clean, staff is amazing, night shift especially. I never get their names but theres always two tall ones and a short one with burgundy hair. Keep up the great work guys!

Saturday lunchtime, no one in drive thru. My wife and I pulled up and started to look at the menu. Worker asked what we wanted and I asked for a minute to look at the menu. She rudely responded “then come inside if you need a minute to look.” We left and went to the Lee’s Chicken down the street. We asked for a minute to look at the menu and they were very polite to wait for us to choose our meal and sides.

We’ve been going here fairly regularly recently after mom gets PT. She loves their wings! I usually get the chicken sandwich and it’s always delicious. But my biggest praise is the employees. They are always so pleasant when we come in. One day, they came and opened the door for my mom when she was trying to navigate with her walker. They also brought her food to the table for her. We live in Union and will happily drive out to this location for the food and service.

Worst experience at a fast-food place ever. Ordered online. Went to pick it up and had to wait 15 minutes, order was incorrect. Order 16 PC tenders got 12, didn’t get my biscuits or the gallon of sweet tea. Got home and all the food was cold.

I’ve been enjoying the awesome food from this Popeyes for a while now. I dropped in today on a whim after a parent teacher conference because I just didn’t feel like cooking and I know it’s my middle daughter’s favorite chicken. I stepped into the restaurant, and was quickly greeted despite the obvious dinner rush the crew was working through. The kitchen worked calmly with good direction from the manager and the team managed the rush in professional fashion to satisfy their customers. I appreciated seeing their teamwork and perseverance. I also really enjoyed the excellent food, and so did my family (especially my middle daughter!) The texture on that chicken is a culinary masterpiece; crispy-salty exterior and a tender juicy interior that always satisfies! I hope the kitchen crew knows their hard work is recognized and appreciated. Keep up the solid work Popeyes crew.

The person who helped me order happened to be the assistant manager. Dorhian was amazing and super friendly. What surprised me was how he was going out of his way to explain the Popeyes experience to the people who worked there and said it was really important that they served not only the meal but the experience.
