This place use to be my preferred location. Not anymore. The service and food sadly have gotten terrible. I purchased the cheese sticks and drove off almost making it home only to realize several were stuck together and completely raw in between. I drove back only for the rude female employee to say she could only replace with two. I told he that was fine. I guess to be extra rude and petty she handed me one. One after taking my bag with the raw ones. I don’t think ill be back! Looking at the other reviews there’s a very rude particular employee that needs to learn about customer service.

Just went through the drive-through at 6:30 on a Wednesday evening to get a couple of slushes a real fruit slush on top of that strawberry. No half price no app just wanted something. It came to $6.78 for two medium real fruit/strawberry gave the lady a dollar tip through the drive-through Drove off, not knowing that there was no strawberry in the real fruit slush went back to the drive-through to complain, the girl took them from us and remade them. The other girl at the window seemed like it was an inconvenience and had an attitude. Very young kids need to get better service

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY!!!!!
We ordered an OREO BLAST (not containing peanuts) and found CHUNKS of Reese’s in it. We then called and asked if they were cleaning their shake machines between uses and were told they were, but when confronted about the Reese’s chunks, ABBEY was incredibly rude and blamed us as if we were the problem. My friend had an allergic reaction because of their carelessness, and they couldn’t even give information when we asked to speak to a higher up. Mistakes happen, but this could’ve ended way worse.
Edit: I just spoke to the store manager, Chris, and he was incredibly professional and he was also upset about how the situation was handled. He definitely made things right and assured us he would talk to his employees, so thank you Chris!

Look, times are tough, but my god whoever was working there past 9:30pm on 1/8/26 needs to do some self reflecting. I’ve never seen worse service in my life. Not trying to tear anybody down but my goodness, you’ve got me feeling frustrated and sorry for you all at once.

I love this Sonic specifically because all the workers take care of and feed the stray cat colony that hangs out in the area. I’ve even taken one of the kittens myself. I’d love to get them all homes so I hope the property manager reaches out to the TNR program like I suggested. Thank yall for being so caring and sweet to the kittens and their mom❤️ I’ve taken in one of the kittens and named him Sonic !

Whoever the little child is taking orders at 3:00pm on December 20th is extremely rude. I ordered a smasher with no bun. I got it and the smasher sauce was not on there. We called back in to see if they could run some to us (no big deal) and a fork. The girl responds with we dont sell that sauce. My response was “we got a smasher that didnt have the sauce on it.” Before I could get it out, in the middle of my response she cut off the microphone.
Do better Sonic!!!

Went to treat myself to an ice cream for Mother’s Day. Lost my son to cancer at 4 years old so I wanted to cry in my Oreo blast. Literally one Oreo broken in 1/2 and vanilla ice cream… should it be mixed in and more than one Oreo.. this location is the worst but close to home so I always went back, not anymore. Learned long ago the franchise owner cares more about flirting with his teen employees than about customer care. Not to mention originally girl came out with the wrong blast, went inside with my card then came back out to ask again what I want. So, I ordered at the speaker in the drive thru, she brings wrong I tell her what it should be
she comes out to ask again… 3x! All this time she has my card then comes with my vanilla ice cream clearly not an Oreo blast, tells me she will be back… assuming my card is inside still she goes in and comes out with a receipt around my card and I leave, go across the street for gas and realize the card she had the reciept around was an empty Sonic gift card… where the hell is my card?!? This was intentional! I’ve remained super kind/polite and sincere but not any longer!

I’d like to give 4 stars to most of the morning crew but 1 star for the crew that worked this Friday night. So many issues but I’ll keep this brief by excluding most of them. 1: The crew were hollering and laughing nonstop so loudly that after I repeated 1 menu item for about 90 seconds straight, the poor girl on the other end had to physically walk outside and take my order at my car because she couldn’t hear me over them and apparently they wouldn’t be quiet and professional for both her and my sake. 2: The wait was almost 10 times longer than usual despite there being hardly any cars the entire time I was there and despite me only ordering a single item. What on Earth are they doing in there..?
Edit: After reading a review below that mentioned the employees seemed high, I’ve decided to list one more issue: yeah, at least 2 of this Friday night’s employees seemed stoned out of their minds. I can’t imagine moving that slowly, speaking that slowly, treating everything like a joke, and making so many mistakes (some unmentioned, like I said!) while being completely clear-headed.

Let me start off by saying that English isn’t my husbands first language. He has a thick accent but speaks fluently with proper pronunciation. They were so hateful and rude to him on the speaker last night claiming they couldn’t understand him over and over when he ordered tots…. Anyways. He got me a foot long chili cheese coney (which somehow they understood perfectly) and it was slopped together so awfully to the point it was almost inedible. I wish more than anything I hadn’t tasted it, because I ended up getting violently ill this morning. The carhop brought out a large coke when he had ordered an ocean water, and when he told her she refused to fix it and told him he would have to re-order through the speaker and be charged again!! His supersonic double cheeseburger was also slopped together and he got sick too… we honestly believe they did something to our food because of his race and how awfully they treated him. He stayed calm and polite throughout the entire encounter. I don’t understand why anyone would act like this to paying customers. Take a look at the photo of my coney. The chili was filled with hard gristle pieces and had to be thrown away after the first bite along with the burger as well!! The picture speaks for itself; the type of quality and treatment you will receive if you go to this location. RACIST, RUDE, HATEFUL, and down right DISGUSTING. Do better, Sonic. Disappointed is an understatement.
