I’m writing to express my frustration with the unacceptable experience I had at your Sonic location on Perkins Road.
I’ve been sitting at this location for over 20 minutes, waiting on an order of cheese sticks, and the service has been absolutely unacceptable. In the time I’ve been here, two other customers drove off, clearly fed up with the lack of attention and urgency.
There are two employees visibly sitting around inside, not doing anything—one of them casually sipping a drink. When I asked about my order, I was told to “hold on for a minute,” and that “minute” has now turned into 20+ minutes of being ignored.
This level of service is horrifying and completely unprofessional. It’s frustrating to see people occupying jobs in the fast food industry who clearly have no interest in actually working. If they’re not willing to do their jobs, they should be replaced with people who are.
I hope this issue is addressed seriously and immediately. Customers deserve better than this.

I wish i could put zero star cause this location honestly needs to be closed. The service is absolutely horric. I got old corn dogs i had to have them make new ones they tool 45 minutes to even get them. I asked for a strawberry cheese cake milk shake and they gave me just a strawberry milk so i sent it back because it wasnt what i ordered. They brought me back out the exact same milk shake after 10 minutes. They dont care that they are serving people old over cooked food as long as you got food. I have been to this location several times at different times of the day same poor service half the speakers work they wait 10 minutes before the answer you because they too busy inside doing nothing. They dont care that there is no professionalisim. The manager is allowing food that had been sitting out. She didnt come out to apologize for the inconvience or even offer to make it right. The same person came back out to tell me she dropped fresh ones. Which tells me she knew and didnt care. They whole store need to be shut down. This is reallu sad i love sonic not this location

went here for lunch and i had good and quick service! Miss. Jennifer went above and beyond so i felt as she needed a shoutout! She gave me a mardi gras duck for my car and that made my day!

Waited over half an hour. Burger was all wrong. Onions, no bacon that I paid extra for. By the time I picked all the onions off there was no sauce or cheese left. Last time I came here there was a wasp in my breakfast burrito thats what I get for coming back.

Several stalls are non functional. I went two days in a row and bought an Oreo blast and paid for extra Oreos. They don’t do the shakes correctly, both days no Oreo in the ice cream just sprinkled on top because they’re lazy. Also didn’t put whip cream or cherry and didn’t even offer it. Old fries. Servers don’t even look at you just thrust the items in the car and leave. Photos of my shakes both days.

Service is horrible. If you don’t want to wait at least 30 minutes for your food go somewhere else. You could place your order, go shopping, finish med school, go to space and come back, and your food still wouldn’t be ready.

Only 1 person working, took 15 minutes to get 1 blast. The server did not know how to make a blast so she just put ice cream in a cup and added reeces cup pieces on top

The onion ring were reheated and hard. The mozzarella sticks were fresh without marinara sauce. Mad I wasted money on food I can’t eat or enjoy.

I would give zero stars if possible. This location takes forever to get four drinks ~15 minutes with only 3 cars on the lot. And the customer service was terrible. I won’t waste my time here again.
