Ordered nuggets and fries with the coupon. They gave me those chicken fingers. My order was $4.23. They kept my 2 cents. I said let me give you two dimes then intead of my quarter. She said NO because my order was 4.23. So it’s ok for ME to lose 2 cents but not them lose 3 cents. And she was shitty about it to boot.

This is the most amazing Burger King. I have been to in Maryland. They were the fastest service and the food was very good. Everything was right and on time. The customer service Was amazing. I’ll give them five out of five stars.

This Burger King isn’t bad. It’s usually clean, and service seems to be fast. The only complaint is that some of the workers are very loud. People are trying to eat in peace, not to hear what happened at the party last night.

I normally go during the day except tonight after midnight, I go to pick up my mobile order. I ordered two whopper jr’s with cheese no onions or mayo, add mustard and a large fry. The drive-thru was taking longer than expected because it was only one car infront of me. The lady with the purple hair was nice. When I got home I noticed that the fries were white like they werent cook long enough. And the portion of fries was very small. After tasting a fry I realized that they definitly were not cooked all the way. When I customized my whopper jrs I only asked to leave out onions and mayo, so when I inspected I was surprised to see no ketchup on both burgers. There was like a smudge of mustard that was lazily placed.
So whoever comes across this post, please hear me and hear me good. No late night trips to BK unless you dont care about the quality of your food. And to BK there is no need to be open 24 hours when you got people who can’t even follow simple instructions. When I come during the day I dont have issues with my order. Lesson learned!

This location is HORRIBLE!!! This is the 3rd time in a row that I order and pay full price for something that isn’t what I ordered. The first 2 times I chalked it off to me ordering my sandwich without pickles which I know is super difficult to understand, so this time I ordered as is WITH CHEESE thinking they can’t screw up when I order directly off the menu… WRONG!!!! I’m tired for paying for sandwiches with cheese that don’t get cheese and completely incompetent employees that can’t follow simple fast food instruction. I mean let’s be honest this isn’t rocket science. I highly suggest not to use this location and if you do then don’t dare pull out of the drive thru without checking your food because I can almost bet you something will be missing or wrong.

They made us wait 30 minutes even though there was no line inside or outside because everyone was staring at their phones and not doing anything. Also, the food came cold and the staff was unprofessional. You’ve practically hired an army of Karens looking for a place to fight.
