Absolutely DELISH* – *chef’s kiss*
The smashed single patties had a very nice outer ring of crisp to them and tasted AMAZING Always love the option to add an egg or make it a lettuce bun too. Definitely going to go back next time for that.
Btw their fries? out of this WORLDDD good!! I haven’t had such good fries in SO long. Mouth watering- they didnt even neeed any sauce to me
Strawberry milkshake was sooo good- thanked the cashier who made it for me. She was incredibly kind.
And they even had ✨️boozy milkshakes✨️; I was very tempted by that Caramel Crown
Totally recommend this personable, little joint!! Worth a shot for you and your family!!

A little burger place in Belmont village.

Order at the counter for takeout or dine-in the small dining area with tables, a game corner, and bar seating at the window, in addition to an outdoor seating area to the side of the building.

Once you place your order and pay, they’ll bring your meal to you.

Very flavorful juicy burgers with a few combo options. Boozy milkshakes and a few side options.

We enjoyed a Hangover Burger and a custom Double Burger.

Very filling and very tasty.

Highly recommend for a casual meal.

The bun was old, the burger was so dry. I ordered a shake and I was waiting for it , but suddenly the staff said the machine is broken and we will refund you. I was upset cuz my burger got cold while waiting for a shake that never came. Fries and sauce were so good though. There were two tables only and the rest of the seats were facing a wall. So my friends and I didn’t get the chance to enjoy the meal together because of this.

“Now that was a tasty burger.”

Ace No. 3 did not disappoint. The much awaited for visit finally happened today, and I opted for The Ace, which is the closest to an In n Out Double Double on the menu.

The meat was slightly overcooked, but the burger was fantastic. The topping were great, the comeback sauce complemented everything, and the bun was sturdy enough to hold it without disintegrating. The fries were great; the onion rings were average. Parking on site is very limited, but there’s plenty of parking in the nearby neighborhood – just watch out for restrictions on certain sides of the street!

I’d highly recommend and look forward to returning on my next trip to Charlotte.

This burger, dog and fries were perfection. Simple, packed with flavor and just a downright delicious meal.

Really solid burger joint. It’s a smash-style patty which is my favorite, but like other smash burgers be aware the meat is a bit drier than a typical patty. The toppings were excellent, and I appreciated the option to add jalapeños. The bun was a bit firm which prevented the burger from being sloppy to hold, though it did affect the texture when you bite into it, but I much prefer that over a messy grab. The fries were decent but nothing to write home about. I have heard good things about the shakes but did not have the opportunity to try one myself. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, it feels like a somewhat upscale dive and they have nice soul/funk tunes playing. The main caveat I have with this place is that it is pricey as the sides are not included with the price of a burger.

The burgers at this place are absolutely sensational, and the fries are delightfully crispy—truly amazing! However, I was a bit let down by the limited selection of beverages. The parking situation can be quite daunting, but don’t let that deter you. On my visit, the cashier seemed a bit edgy, and I noticed the staff could have done a better job of replenishing the ketchup supply. Honestly, the ketchup packets are just not sufficient, which was a little disappointing. Despite these issues, I’m definitely planning to return, though I’m still apprehensive about the parking. That’s part of the unique charm! And I must say, the ice cream was surprisingly good, making it a worthwhile visit overall.

Great location and very well decorated. It’s what I’d expect from a higher end burger and shake shop. The quality of ingredients is very good. What I was disappointed in was the amount of salt used on the burgers we had. May have just been our order but it really tok away from them. Hopefully it’s not the normal. Prices are $14-18 for burger and fries. Staff was friendly and willing to help make suggestions. Restaurant was very clean and well kept. It’s a place I’ll try again but will probably request less or no salt use.

We had the Ace Burger and BYO burger. Burgers were big and seasoned to perfection. I Love the Ace’s sauce. Boyfriend did not like but he’s not a mayo fan. But if you are, you must try it! And the burgers are priced lower in to comparison to other restaurants in the area.
-Fries and Onion straws were crispy, just how we like them!
-Sweet tea was real southern sweet tea, sweetened perfectly.
-Two local craft can beers, an IPA and Cider. Price was a bit steep but on par with Charlotte prices.
-Staff: the girl who took our order was sweet. Our food came up quickly. And the manager checked on us too. All Good!
-Only negatives.
Parking is limited. You can park on the street but pay attention to signs. And inside is small. We went on a weekday, I imagine if busy on the weekends seating would be limited and it wouldn’t be good for larger groups. So call and take out!
Otherwise this is a delicious burger restaurant in city of Charlotte that I highly recommend you try if you want a dang good burger!

The food here is great! I was traveling from Utah for work and always try to find the best burger spot wherever I go. It came down to Ace No. 3 and Bae’s Burgers in Mooresville. Both were awesome, but Bae’s had a slight edge in flavor. That said, Ace gives you a bigger burger, and it’s still a top-tier option. The ladies working there were super friendly and made the experience even better. Definitely worth a visit!
