This was my second time eating at Cava and the overall quality of the food was savory. My favorite was the brasen lamb.
Cava is very similar to Chipotle but the quality and choices of food items are of much higher quality, in my opinion.
Surprisingly, there was a very short line and we were able to eat in a matter of minutes.
My only issue is the high price. I paid $32 for two bowls.

There’s only one vegetarian option of a falafel grain bowl. The rice and lentils were well cooked. The hummus and falafel were delicious. The green spicy herb sauce was tasty.

This CAVA is the best CAVA ever. They portion there food right. Give you what you deserve. Treat you extremely right. Atmosphere is clean during busy hours. Everett and Richard are the absolute best managers and treat you fantastic. They are always caring and explain things properly so you know what your getting. Thank you guys so much you are AWESOME!!

Disappointing Experience with Bowl Togo Order: Ordered a bowl to-go and was charged extra for rice, and said No white but yet the next customer was offered white rice. They want us to sleep with half stomach.They didn’t provide receipt. On top of that, I had to ask for a bag instead of it being given automatically. Inconsistent service and lack of basic courtesy left a bad impression. Definitely not the experience I expected. Love my Chipotle…..fare treatment across any location.

I paid $13.50 for this and got 3 different bowls and here I am trying to show off Cava to my mom and friends and I get this mess. I could have gotten a kids meal with more than this. Go to the Alpharetta location on Haynes Bridge because this location in Cumming is a joke.

Food quality seems to be constantly degrading in here. The people serving were great, friendly.
All the falafel werr under cooked. Guess the guy was in hurry. And now a rotten avocado. Guess the kid didn’t know not to use rotten avocados.

They need to do a better job in training their staff about informing customers about ingredients that they have run out off before placing the order. They were out of atleast 5 things on a friday evening and we only found out half way through building our pita and bowls. The food was fresh but they could work on the presentation for sure.

Picked up food from CAVA and ordered the Grain Falafel Crunch Bowl. The rice was completely raw hard, uncooked grains that were impossible to eat. How this was served is beyond me. Paying $12 for a bowl with uncooked rice is unacceptable and honestly ridiculous. This is basic food preparation, and it completely ruined the meal. I’ve never had an experience this bad here before, which makes it even more disappointing.

I’ve never seen such horribly unhappy and rude workers. All 3 of them working up the front were rude from the start. They all looked incredibly unhappy to be there and customers were clearly a huge inconvenience to them. The servings have become the skimpiest I’ve ever seen. I don’t appreciate a disgruntled worker looking at me annoyed and with a pissed tone stating “what do you want?” as my first interaction with them.
