Chicken tenders more like cardboard deep fried.
Mac and cheese? Nothing was cheesy about it nothing but bland flavorless noodles…
This was our first and LAST time at the Outback steak house.
Medium rear steak?? More like overcooked and chewy.

Rather surprised by the small size of are meals.
My husband meal which i didn’t take picture of was like a child size wasn’t much for a grown man.
My ribs was enough for me being I had a really good Ceasar salad but they were short ribs though they be a bit bigger.
Over all I enjoyed my food and I believe my husband also did
Are server Jacqueline was fabulous checked on us many time made sure we had what we needed.

WOW! The best steak I have ever had! We were at the Everett, WA on Sept. 20, 2025 when they opened for lunch – celebrating my Grandsons birthday and his Dads/my son birthday. I said “we are celebrating and I am having the Filet – get what you want.” I got it medium rare and it came just as I had requested. I have found most steaks are good on one end but not the other. This steak was the best all the way through. I can not wait to go back… I marked down on the service as I was disappointed that NO dirty dishes had been removed all the way through the meal and I had to ask at the end if she would please remove some of the dirty dishes other than that she did a great job in relaying what we wanted to the cook. It tends to run a bit noisy which is not to our liking and I would prefer a quieter area to enjoy our meal and visit with family. I gave the waitress $20 to give to the cook which I read later is not the best thing to do? Thank you Outback for the wonderful meal! (Darla Bauman)

Should have read the reviews prior to our visit. Got here an hour after they opened. Seated 3 people with 2 sets of silverware should have been my first sign of competency. Yes, we were in lobby together and the only ones. 2nd, food came out wrong, it was a ribeye (well tougest one I’veever had) supposed to be topped witb a shrimp and mushroom sauce, when I mentioned it to the server (also 2nd time I asked her for a third set of silverware) she said “oh!” And walked off. My plate sat on the edge of the table for 10 minutes for the server to bring sauce to pour on myself “this is what is missing, here you go”, the sauce was cold which I didn’t notice until I poured it on my luke warm steak that sat on the table untouched for 10 minutes, by then my broccoli was cold as well. At least my sweet potato was still warm. Checked on us after 10 more minutes. Been waiting on our bill 15 minutes since I asked for it when I mentioned cold food and I was ready to leave, I ate about 3 bites of the steak hoping it was just the edges, oh and beccause I was starving. Used the restroom while waiting. Stalls out of toilet paper and counters/mirror FILTHY! They’ve been open ONE hour and it’s dead here, maybe 5 other tables on a Friday evening! Walls around table disgusting as well. Never will I ever be back here! Well, after 10 minutes and the time it took to write this she had the audacity to come over and ask if we needed boxes… UMMM no!! I asked you for the nill almost 20 minutes ago!
Edit: After speaking with the manager, I can see where the lack of service is learned. I’ve worked in the service industry over 30 years, including Outback. I would bet money this is an UNDERperforming location. Corporate should be spending time here and identifying the issues: Service, cleanliness and management.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I brought my family here for Veterans Day. Our server was SO bad. I should have complained to the manager but I had my one year old with me so I just wanted to make sure he was good. Anyways our server ( I think her name was Sofia or something like that) didn’t bring us any silverware until we asked. She brought us no plates for our appetizer and when she bought us plates they were dirty. She was very rude she was standing over me when it was time to pay when she was hardly serving us or seen during our meal. She rolled her eyes and physically shown us she did not want to serve us. When I gave her my I.D to show her I was a veteran she acted like my I.d was fake. I was very offended especially since I spent over $100 there. The food was very mid definitely not worth over $100. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again.

Such a great restaurant for dinner! Very clean, and the employees are always so kind! The atmosphere is always happy and everyone is so outgoing and want to make sure you have the best time! We have been coming here for years! This time we sat in the bar and had absolutely the BEST service. Our server/bartender was absolutely the sweetest and very attentive! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the blooming onion, and the Cobb salad with crispy chicken!! My husband enjoyed his steak with a side of grilled onions and mushrooms, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. And Of course their bread was delicious as per usual!!! We ordered a couple drinks and they tasted amazing as well!!! Definitely will be back soon!

Ordered a non alcoholic drink n received one with. My food was sub par the only cool thing was my my cheese sticks where shaped like boomerangs but the cheese wasn’t thick enough. The fries where Hella salty n my onion blossoms where just full of crushed pieces. Didn’t even get my utensils untill after food was served.

I can see why this place is empty, the service is horrible. I called at 4:00 and asked if they have happy hour the person I picked up told me yes 3: 00 to 6: 00. I get there 10 minutes later go to the bar waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged. The bartender was helping another customer which is fine acknowledge me told me they’ll be right with me. Another waiter walked past me trying to avoid eye contact so they can help me. Bartender asked how they can help. I asked. “It’s happy hour right, what’s on happy hour” he told me they don’t have happy hour” I let him know I just called and they told me that he did have happy hour. He went to the front grab the happy hour menu and told me “this is old none of the prices are right not sure if it can help you” I looked at the price saw the wings were $8.99 asked him what are the prices now? He looked it up and said $8.99. I just got up and left. I’ll never go here again. Either they are incompetent or horrible waiters / bartenders that don’t care about the customers either way I won’t be there again. Sad part about it I was testing the food and drinks to see if I wanted to make it my new Happy Spot. Go at least twice a week and now I’ll never go.
