A gentleman named Caleb helped me with my order, there was a missing pie and I forgot to tell them I needed an extra Happy Meal, but my order was so messed up mostly because I ordered for so many people and got mixed up. But this young man Caleb helped me figure out what I really needed for my van full of people and apologized for the missing pie and made it right in no time. The ice tastes a little off, but everyone in Guthrie is experiencing this right now. Good job Guthrie McDonald’s and thank you Caleb. Excellent customer service from this store !

They have charged me for things they didn’t have and then refunded me less than I paid because their system doesn’t always work with the app properly, they almost always mess up my order, and they almost always take absolutely forever in the drive thru or lobby. This is the single most frustrating fast food place I go to, and I think today my being charged for a double quarter meal and getting home to find a single is the last straw. Im not going back unless new management comes along and goes out of their way to fix this mess. Go literally anywhere else in town.

Upon entering, there were several wet floor signs not due to the rain outside but the leaks in the ceiling in the lobby. The food was hot and fresh and tasted good. The server was not very friendly but that is typical of this McDonald’s

i get this place bout 2 or 3 times a week. idk how but somehow they mess up my order bout 60% of the time. i order a dry burger.. i get sauce. i order a bacon double cheeseburger, i get a plain cheeseburger with ketchup. i don’t understand. now if u take it back they will fix it …. so i guess thats a plus

Sad, the service and food use to be far better. Today, an unfriendly lady took our order. The biscut wasn’t fulled cooked…sure prices are up and quantity & quality are lacking but come on McDonald’s my folded egg and double order of bacon was beyond sad for the price. I know convenience can cost us versus eating at home but dang.

Lady at the counter was extremely rude threw my cups at me when I asked for them and completely forgot to give the man in front of me his coffee he waited 30 minutes and finally said I don’t want it. This is huge problem in Guthrie from the Casey’s to the Taco Bell.

I know they have to be quick to get orders out because of timings but they should pay attention and make sure everything is in the bag and sandwiches are made right. My double bacon quarter pounder had no bacon and we were missing 2 large fries from the order.

Quite possibly the worst drive thru in America. Pulled in and gave the lady my code from ordering thru the app she finds my order and so forth. I pull forward, not knowing I’ll be in this line for the next 18 mins. I get it that it was the dinner rush but at a fast food establishment they should not be running 18 min ticket times. The people in front of me I guess were some kind of celeb and almost 3 different employees came outside to chat with them while in the drive thru line. Hmmm beginning to see why they have long ticket times? I finally get my food and the girl assures me that everything was in the bag with my order. Ok have a good day. Check the bag and no ketchup, no bbq sauce, no napkins and my french fries that I requested no salt with (high blood pressure) were extra crispy (burnt) because they threw my order of fries back in the deep fryer to try and fry off the salt that was already on them. Because they did not want to start a fresh order of fries due to be short staffed (3 employees on breaks for the entire time I sat in the drive thru). This is the second time my food was not correct, cooked properly and missing items. I’ve worked in the service industry for 20+ years and I have not seen such a poorly managed shift ever. Smh.
