I went here 01/06/26 @ 2:50 pm. The food was uncooked the skin on the tenders was soggy. Called the restaurant for them to tell me that I have to call some number on my receipt to get a same day refund. Then when you call them they ask you fifty billion questions and then tell you it will take 5 to 7 days for a refund. It’s not always about the money it’s about people health as well, giving people uncooked food can make you sick. Had to come home to cook my food throughly

We enjoy Cane’s on a regular basis and have visited several locations in the area, but this one is our favorite. The food is always consistent — hot, fresh chicken tenders and fries every time. Counter service here is quick and accurate, which we appreciate.
The only downside is that it can get pretty loud during busy hours, and on those nights the staff struggles to keep the tables and drink station as clean as they should be. Still, we like the food and price enough to overlook the noise and come back often.

I pull up to the window after paying the youngster near the intercom and was told I had to pay again. I showed them my phone of the approved charge and was told I still needed to pay again. They tried to explain something related to the tablet the girl at intercom used or shouldn’t have used.
As if I care…
I paid them again anyway. Just $20 and some change.
Whatever problems they had, they chose to visit those on me. Never provided any proof of the charge back, so I showed them my phone again now with two charges for the same meal. A $40 sandwich. When I got home I confirmed the charge back, but was all of that really necessary?
This was my first time at any Raising Cane and dealing with these youngsters today is something else. The manager (maybe Nicole?) after I was bothered by some other young, dismissive little girl standing outside the drive thru window, eventually offered a refund. There was no scene or yelling and fussing, but I was bothered because what they were telling me didn’t make sense.
My take, if the girl at the intercom did something wrong, take it as a loss and coach the employee so they can learn. As far as I was concerned, she accurately took my order, I paid for it and that should have been the end of the story.

Just threw away my my chicken for no reason while I was in the restroom, but Abraham and MS.madeleyne did a fantastic job correctly by just giving me an empty tray not only am i surprised by this service im very disappointed by the fact that they bold lied to my face and said they corrected it and laughed at my face and handed me a empty tray. I work hard for my money and I don’t really appreciate it someone laughing at my face

We buy Cane’s Sauce 32oz and they don’t have precaution to put a lid on the top of the cup. My son ordered the kids meal, they run out of toys and they don’t even apologize, I when and ask one of the employees if they can substitute the toy for something else and the employee says NO…

Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered a 3-piece with no toast and extra fries, plus a sandwich combo. Both meals are supposed to already come with sauce, and I paid for 4 extra sauces, meaning I should’ve received 6 total. I only got 4—the ones I paid extra for—while the two that come with the meals were missing.
On top of that, my drinks were wrong. I ordered a Coke and half tea, but instead got sweet tea. For an order that came out to $23 and change, the bare minimum expectation is that it’s done correctly.
What made it worse was the attitude. Instead of paying attention to orders, the employee was more focused on gossiping about high school than doing their job. If you’re charging premium prices, at least provide basic accuracy and professionalism.
Won’t be coming back.

Never would I ever have expected to walk into a restaurant with this level of customer service. I’m going to admit that I’ve hated on Canes before, so when my basketball team voted on it to be where we go after our game I was dissappointed. In all of my sorrow and disappointment I still tried to keep an open mind. So I persevered. Step by step I walked toward the door, and before I even entered the restaurant there was a very nice man employee who held the door and greeted us! “Did you win?” he asked. We did (obviously). “Great job!” he replied. There was a small selection of menu items, so my indecisive self did not have a difficult time picking out what to order. I got the three finger combo which was delicious!!! Our large group did not struggle to find seating. Sometimes when big groups go out to fast food restaurants, getting your order can be very chaotic. But they respectfully called out our named and set a receipt with our name next to the food so it was easy to find your order. They were quick and we had zero issues. This specific location had the greatest customer service and my friends really really liked the music selection. Sometimes when I want nice employees I will choose chic fil a, but even those employees were nothing compared to the ones at canes. Thank you so much for the food!!! -Allie 🙂

This place is listed to stay open until 3 AM but when I pulled up, to the drive through they was already preparing to be closed…It wasn’t any food out inside of the kitchen…They warmed up some old tenders in burned tasted grease!
I pulled up around 2:30 AM and 3 more cars followed behind me in the drive through…
I waited 15 minutes for some pre-cooked burnt greasy re-cooked tenders… The tenders wasn’t steaming hot like normal and the fries wasn’t well done.. I advise no one go to this location late night before closing! The staff members looked irritated and ready to go whenever I pulled up to the window!
