Everything needed cleaned inside.
Filthy, stinky floors. Drinking fountain was splatter with drinks inside and had a mysterious milky looking substance dripping from it. Skipped getting the drink.
Ketchup needed to be refilled. Asked for packets – put it took 5 minutes to get it.
They were getting a majority of the orders wrong in the short time we were there. 3 of the 4 inside orders weren’t correct. And 2 people came in from the drive thru.
They gave us the wrong size fries and messed up the frosty (vanilla instead of chocolate, even after asking us to verify).
My son was a bit appalled by the filth and they felt icky eating… wondering if the food was “clean”.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with a lot of the reviews. This place is just gross on the inside. Floors clearly haven’t been cleaned in weeks, the bathroom was disgusting(ive never seen a toilet seat with that much dried pee on it). Took multiple repeating of things when placing the order, and had to ask for several missing items when the i received the order. I usually love Wendy’s and have it about once a week. This will be my last stop at this location.

This is the worst Wendy’s in the State of Indianapolis Indiana. I strongly recommend for you to stay away from this Wendy’s. My wife and I was ordering and the young lady at the drive-thru said what do you want, what ever happened to Welcome to Wendy’s May I help you. But we over looked that and was placing our order. The you lady was saying what else can I get for you baby and ok honey. Again my wife and I over look that but when she could not understand what my wife was trying to order she told us in a rude we that we need to move on. That’s exactly what we did. I have contacted the corporate office. This young lady need to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY

They have refused Service for a week straight. They never answer the drive-through window, even if the speaker is broken and you pull up to the window to try and get some food. They just don’t come up. They just stare at you and watch you Wondering why they aren’t doing the job they’re literally hired to be doing. I know for a fact that people in here getting paid for doing nothing for like a month straight I couldn’t imagine Being the one in charge of this place and how much I’m accountable for

If there was a zero I would have left zero stars. The sandwich tasted microwaved. It smelled like old grease. It will take days or weeks to clean the floor due to grease and dirt and no table was clean. We went inside and the lady with short hair, maybe manager, was very dismissive and obviously did not want to be bothered and we were the only ones in there and one in drive thru. Should have been an indication we should have left. Should be closed. It was terrible.

if i could rate it a 0 i would. Whomever was at the window 4/9/25 @12p for drive thru order was very rude, didn’t remember my order after he charged me for it and just tossed my food at me. He looked very high as if he was in some drugs because i had to repeat myself several times. The food that was given to me has been left untouched because that person looked like he does not even wash his hands. Worse service ever.
