Absolutely Delicious! My friend brought me as a belated Christmas gift and it was well work the drive from Indianapolis. I had the Cauliflower Wings & Taco combo and he had the Sliders and Fries. As an old “real meat” head, he’s always skeptical about my veganism options but he keeps raving about how good the food was. We will be coming back for sure.

I’m an avid supporter of vegan and black owned restaurants being a foodie I get excited about trying new restaurants that cater to my vegan lifestyle. I visited the establishment on a Thursday only item on the menu was the Soul Food Plate for $25 before tax. The Soul Food plate came with Collard Greens, Sweet Potatoes, Vegan Macaroni and your choice of Fried Cauliflower Bits or Fried Oyster Mushrooms, I chose the Oyster Mushrooms. I really enjoyed the vegan macaroni and the sweet potatoes. The vegan macaroni has been the best I’ve had so far and the sweet potatoes were delicious. Now as for the Collard Greens they were way too salty, I felt like I was eating a salt lick. Now idk how Fried Oyster Mushrooms could be tough but these were, I believe that the oyster mushrooms were fried ahead of time then fried again when order is placed which would make the mushrooms tough and hard. When it comes to Frying Oysters Mushrooms they need to be freshly cooked to order to maintain quality (I know from experience I’ve prepared them myself at home). All in all I look forward to trying other dishes from My vegan Chef in the future.

This was the ritz lounge at Indy a pop up holiday dinner. I GOT THERE 2:15 started at 2 the line was crazy but man it was honestly work the 2 hr wait the FOOD IS BOMB. The oyster chicken taste like chicken & I haven’t had chicken in decades! THE YAMS, string beans Mac ALL FIRE!! Like this meal truly lifted my spirit. I knew I wasn’t going to have a holiday meal this year & this made me so happy!

Listen! If you have not had this woman’s food yet, you clearly don’t value amazing quality vegan food! Each time the food is amazingly seasoned, fresh and cooked to PERFECTION! I love the time she puts into an amazing food experience! Your Vegan Chef is definitely one of my favorite go to vegan spots! Anytime!

I won the lottery with this Macaroni Cone from Your Vegan Chef!! Ooey-gooey cheesy goodness! Its creamy texture and rich, cheesy flavor brings back childhood memories of being curled up on the couch, eating mac ‘n cheese, and watching my favorite shows. I give this dish two thumbs up!!

This is fire!! Your Vegan Chef truly knows how to cook! She makes an aHHmazing Macaroni & Cauliflower Cone!! Her macaroni and cheeze is oh so rich, thick, silky, and creamy. Mmm – those cauliflower bites are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with a drizzle of sweet barbecue sauce. Perfection in every single bite!!

️Vegan Loaded Nachos

I have a weakness for Vegan Loaded Nachos!! It consisted of crunchy tortilla chips loaded with seasoned ground be’f, corn salsa, black beans, cheeze sauce, and cilantro lime sauce drizzled on top. Every bite had the perfect blend of crispy, creamy textures, and tangy, savory flavors. Your Vegan Chef, thank you for making my stomach happy!

Your Vegan Chef and Cafe 1610 did an AHHMAZING job on Sunday, September 20th! I enjoyed BBQ Cauliflower Bites, Mac ‘n Cheeze, Baked Beans, and Collard Greens. I love lip smackin’ soul food!

I was not disappointed in this food. I’m glad I took the drive to try it. Very flavorful and fresh. This is the hearts of palm fish with vegan Mac and cheese and green beans. I don’t know what’s it the sauce, but it tastes really flavorful and lemony. I dipped everything in that sauce it was so good. I was shocked how good the vegan man and cheese tasted. I am not a vegan but lately I have been eating vegan foods and this is the tastiest food I have had so far.

The food was really good! Delicious, hot, and absolutely on time! I ended up ordering an additional order for the next day for lunch! The sauce for the mushroom chickN was soooo divine! How she didn’t that crunch but still saucy she will have to let me in!! The photo has the mushroom chickN vegan Mac, green beans , and dirty rice! Nice portions happy customer
